Great seminar. I spot a Ronin there lol. I ran the camera on a few of these live rounds. Fun stuff. Kicking myself for not getting a live round in with either wiltse brother.
One of the only channels I have the bell icon on to be notified of all uploads.
A format I would like to see is you breaking down rolls like these as though you were coaching the guy you're rolling against. I was watching the guy with the brown Origin rash guard and he seemed like he was doing a lot right but it would be nice to see what the tips and improvements you would give him on that roll are.

Seems like Andrew is always doing an overhead sweep/sacrifice throw (not sure what to call it) whenever he's in Single Leg X. Is this something you're working on or is it your preferred move from Single Leg X (rather than a leglock, or transition to full X, etc.)?
He shows it in his wrestle up instructional he does it from shin on shin and SLX
i see why that guys wearing a knee brace 8:54 he goes for buggy choke and i literally feel my knee pop :D

LOL rare mistake at 9:46 when Bird backstepped himself into a ham sandwich, I was yelling at the dude on the bottom "HAM SANDWICH GRAB HIS THIGH AND PULL HIM IN FOR THE TAP!!" and then he checks on Bird!!! But I think his right knee was kind of in his own way? Still seemed like all he needed was to triangle his legs right there and reach in for top of Bird's right thigh.
