Just saw that you had a RUclips channel yourself and immediately subscribed. I’ve been a long time subscriber of Tanner’s and have wondered why you didn’t do one of your own. I enjoy both of yours content, Tanner is a natural both on the track and in front of the camera. But I really also have to give props to your mom and dad, especially dad. The investment he has and is making into you and your brother is quite commendable. And it’s impressive seeing you grow into the sport. Good luck from Oklahoma to both of you.
Dry, slick track is what you need to practice on. That's how every main event in the summer will be. Everybody goes fast on a hooked up track but the winners go fast in the dry slick. Learning how to roll thru corners and maintain momentum is a huge skill set.
I'll admit...I'm impressed. Not only with your throttle control, but you moving around to find grip. So many times, as drivers, we get "in a rut", so to speak, where we either hug the bottom, or hang the right rear off the top, and we stay there. You've already showed your not scared to move around, and that's a hard thing to learn. You either got it, or you don't. Good job, Carly!!
Practice all you can, it only makes you better. Going out and practicing with take offs on conditions you aren't as comfortable with is the best way to practice! Anyone can go out and turn good laps on new tires and great conditions!
You looked very smooth considering track conditions and so-so tires! Practice and seat time is always beneficial. You have a very bright future in racing young lady.
You looked a lot better on the cockpit camera as the night went on. On the first passes your hands were all over the place but as you went on you were a lot smoother. You will get there just need laps. Good job Carly!
I kept think as I watched this that since she doesn't like this kind of track this will be good for her to get more use to the dry slick track condition so that she can get more comfortable and better on them especially with old tires. At the same time I think it would bet a good idea to go out on a day that has dry slick conditions with good tires to see how that feels also. But I know tires are expensive and kinda tough to get so only you guys can decide if and when you can do that. Practice, practice, practice. It's the only way to really get better. Also to me Carly you look very comfortable in the sprint. It's as if this is the perfect time forr you to get into the Sprint and not only rip around the tracks but when some races. Good luck in the future. Thank you for sharing this with us. Have fun take care
Slick tracks ! Ahhh Summer time in the Midwest. Throttle control is key. Good and smooth is fast, seat time is awesome. If its any consolation, I did hear that American Racer is set to release a bunch of new tires and the west coast was mentioned. Looking forward to seeing you guys run soon.
Don't feel bad. It's been raining in Pennsylvania almost every day for a month straight. Looking good in Practice mode Carly, Looking forward to seeing that 22C Ripping it up this season.
I know shit nothing about real racing, but I do know iRacing sprint cars and setting up the tracks like that really helped me with throttle control in the sim at least.
On a dry slick track my dad dud a thing called X that chassis and he was hanging the right front down the front straight and back straight had good forward momentum what I seen is it was just the track Carly your car control is good you was smooth next time try to keep the car straight in the corner and you'll feel it hook better all in all can't wait to see what you can do with that 750hp 360 this 2022
Just my opinion the car would look so much sharper if the body was painted like the wing ! Black with yellowish ( gold ) always pops !! PS when or if will you try the sprint WINGLESS !!
Carley you put your head down and go girl I really believe you have tons of talent, you don't win your first race because you s@ck you are a natural keep learning I see the next WOo Champion in the works
i think maybe a softer shock on the right rear it seemed to stiff when it comes out of the turn the wing should pull it car over on the right rear and take your left front up then going into the turn in to transfer to the left rear but whether its a bar or a shock, the car looks locked down to me, it needs to move more be a little more free. needs to get a heavy guy and stand on the right rear and pull and see how the car tips just on the shop floor

Go girl!! Finding corner momentum can be a major factor and practice/seat time is the key to that!

Seat time is always the best way to get your head around the car. Good throttle control and it will only make you better in the future.

Good to see Carly getting some track-time in. Learning to deal with all kinds of conditions is important. Its fun watching.
Good job Carly!!!! You'll get faster with better tires and practice!!!!!

Laps, laps, and more laps is how you get better. I think what's hurting Hailie Deegan in the trucks is the show up and race system NASCAR has.
It's all a learning curve. Rock and roll next time. Hope to see you race this year. Maybe at Banks late summer.

Slowly it’s becoming more Carlie…great laps, test and tunes are always hot and miss but it’s always nice to get comfort in getting laps in.
Patience's Carly. It's all Good. Repeat over and over. Your wonderful Family will get you there I'm totally sure of that!!!!!

The body is already black. I'm sure they will be adding her gold 22c's to the tail tank soon enough.
@@T1C45 just curious nothing was ever said and everybody has different tastes. More yellow would definitely give it more pop !
Carley you put your head down and go girl I really believe you have tons of talent, you don't win your first race because you s@ck you are a natural keep learning I see the next WOo Champion in the works
👍
Seat time is very important you're doing well.
Did great, just need some more seat time
You learned things that you don’t know yet you learned. Sometime your going to say it’s kinda like the April practice…
hey carly you raced with me last night, make sure you have numbers on your car the next time you race with me.gl
