Congrats on doing the voice-over work for the most recent Knowing Better video! I watch all of the Mainly Facts stuff so it was very plesant surprise to hear your voice, check the description and go “no way!!!”
Absolutely loved this video, and it gave me a few more options to check out! A couple of quick things that I thought were great/personal suggestions" 1: Audio editing was phenomenal, awesome job! 2: Thanks for the tips regarding fidgeting, I feel that's going to help a LOT of folks! 3: Personally as a GM something I've started doing is letting folks know roughly how long I expect the session to be so we can appropriately judge when to take breaks, so I would love to see that become more commonplace in the virtual TTRPG space
Howdy! I'm just stopping by after hearing your wonderful narration work in Knowing Better's recent vid. It took me an embarrassing amount of time to decipher "titter-pig" but that's neither here nor there. I'm an occasional (albeit inexperienced) DM for my siblings, so I'm very excited about the various options there are for VTTs seeing as Roll20 was already suggested to me. Everything else mentioned is just a mind-blowing look into possibilities for enhanced quality I hadn't even considered
Great video. I’m sad to hear that TTS hasn’t sat well with you, but I appreciate that you were shown One World, so it sounds like you tried. I still can’t wait for your deep dive review of One More Multiverse. Honestly your videos are so great and helpful and would love your perspective on that specific VTT.
Thank you Dungeon Newbs. That notes mention is so important. GMs manage a lot of material, so having players writing notes make a big difference for me!
I had to switch to remote gaming back in 2017. People from my core group were spreading out the different parts of the state and therefore made it impossible for us to get together again in person. We began by using Skype. Then after a while we switched to discord and have been there ever since. Put honestly I shine in person. All my skills and improv work better face-to-face than over a computer screen.
I would love to see your take on a couple free games, IronSworn or it's scifi version starforged (not free) it also has a dungeuon devling supliment. They are the most recommended and loved in the "SOLO" RPG rule sets. I also think it would be intersting for you to discuss into the odd and Index card RPG (master edtition has a free quick start with a DM guide)
I own and love all of those games quite a bit, aside from Into the Odd which I need to look into. Definitely something I want to talk about eventually, though we'll see how long it takes me to get to them. My focus is... Not the best lol
Fantastic video. Thanks. Subscribed. I think minimum PC specs could also be an important consideration. I had a Windows 8 Surface 2 when I first started playing online during the Dark C Days, and it was ok until I joined a Fantasy Grounds game and I spent 50% of the time buffering and being out of sync with what the GM was presenting 😂
I'm afraid you may be waiting for a little while, as I've bitten off more than I can chew with just how many systems I want to talk about. I am working on ideas to explore more of them in the near future, perhaps starting with a video comparing VtM and VtR in greater detail, and then working through more CofD games after that.
As a bearded bald white guy to another, I am consistently impressed with how well you pull off the shirts you wear. lol I'm jealous.

Plus, keeps players busy!
Your AP editing is always fun to see. Can't wait to see more of that.
Good call with the Etiquette section.
Just found this channel and alredy help me a lot! Good job dude!

Hey Newb, I'm still waiting for you to discuss more Chronicles of Darkness material.

Nice video
Great video
SHILL! SHILL! 😡 😝
I haven't used Role yet but if you get your stuff from Exalted Funeral they sometimes give you Role assets for free!
If you run video and less tactical combat games, it's by far the best one. It's like Zoom with TTRPG QoL enhancements.
