Maybe you should fix the software problem that is currently happening with Wyze cameras instead of showing me how to get a new one out of the box!!! I get 5 solicitations from you every day, but you never thought to "push" out a notice that there are currently problems on your end.

Hello, I just bought 2 of the floodlight V2 cam. I’m looking for the Wyze Floodlight Solar which we will install it by the gate at the backyard. Do you have the solar type?
Please make either a new update for the Wyze Watch 47 or a new watch entirely. It has so many missing features. Like maybe a simple QOL change like alarm names, better walking data view (step count per hour instead of needing to check phone) and so many things that are not off the top of my head. The watch has been virtually ignored for years.

Hi there! Thanks for reaching out. While Wyze devices aren't geo-locked, some features such as Cam Plus will be unavailable without a U.S. or Canadian billing address.
Thanks for clarifying. Wyze Cam Floodlight v2 has a hardwire power requirement of 110 - 120V AC. Anything outside those ranges could cause power supply issues.

Another peice of trash hardware to feed into their unsecured moneygrub services. Hard pass. Get something that supports local video, like any number of homekit cameras. This is the umptieth security breach theyve had, and the second where your personal video streams have been exposed to the public.

Yeah, they waited hours to admit there was a problem. In the meantime, I wasted my time troubleshooting my cams and network.

The Wyze pro3 is crap. It’s not pairing with my phone. I’ve tried ALL the crap suggested troubleshooting. Trash time.
