Just purchased a new 2022 GMC Yukon Denali with the rear seat infotainment system. Can't do any of these things. No USB, no wifi. only thing that works is HDMI. Why does a newer vehicle have less features? I would not have purchased the rear screens had I known they don't do any of this now. Is an update coming?
I work at a GM dealership and have noticed this exact same discrepancy from the rear seat entertainment system on our 2021 Yukon versus what I see in the 2023 model, they seem to have downgraded it to have less features after 21. I came to this video trying to make sense of it before I show a 2023 Denali to someone. Also, this video calls the headphones "Infared" at one point and "bluetooth" later in the video.
Hey there, Vicki. Trying to watch downloaded content (both from Disney+ and Apple TV) and am getting the message "Unable to play on external display. The connected external display does not support the playback of this content. Please disconnect the external display or remove the download from the device and try again." What am I doing wrong? Hi there, Jeff.
