So here is another one I just discovered on my 21 Yukon Denali for keeping the cameras on. While in D, driving > 8mph, select neutral, open Camera, select the blind spot(side view), shift back into D, drive with cameras on always. You can flip through the other cameras as well just like when you're reversing or parking. I think it bypasses a check the vehicle does for > 8mph speed as you accelerate. Ofcourse, if you ever go back below that, say turning or traffic light, you'll have to do this process again. Hope it helps someone!
