Subscribed to you yesterday from a video you posted in 2022 riding to London to get Korean food, checked your channel saw that you hadn't posted in 5 months and then low and behold I get home from work and you've uploaded! Good to hear you kind of got away with it. I came across your channel just a couple days ago, saw you hadnt posted in several months but had replied to a comment on the video just 2 months ago, I partly commented on the video just to see if you were still active (you replied), had wondered what might have happened and today I get a notification for this so cheers for updating us.
I recommend the drift ghost xl, its not GoPro quality but easily good enough as a dash cam which is what I bought it for, waterproof and the battery lasts about 9 hours as outside my commute I wanted something that can also catch a whole days green laning which it does in any weather, I wouldnt ride without it on the side of my helmet. Could be worth looking at, but still keeping your gopro setup for your actual videos, and could double up to catch anything that happened when you wasnt recording on the GoPro as it will just record all day at 1080p

Not sure as yet 🤣. I definitely have some research to do. As for you.......a cbr650r is a great shout, heck i might get another one lol.
Glad you have recovered and are back making videos. How long until you get your bike back? November till now is a long time for it to get repaired. (Edit - just read they wrote it off!) So what bike next?

You know the best part of your videos is watching you ride and you just talk about life or whatever is going on from your point of view, you would never run out of things to say and the bike draws some attention but it doesn't have to be all bike related. @@tvtwistasmoto

Glad to hear you are riding again, i was also involved in an accident recently and was just wondering if it was 4th dimension that handled ur case, bike hire etc?
Damn sorry to hear....hope it all works out for you. Funny enough my last theft claim was with 4th dimension but no, not this one. Why do you ask?
@@tvtwistasmoto Thanks im all good now anyways, but i was just wondering because you were saying about your part 2 and i was wondering if it was related to 4th dimension or your insurance company messing you over because im going through with them now and ive got a hire bike aswell but after reading some reviews on the company online and why they kept offering me a hire bike straight away i feel like i dont think ill be getting my original bike back anytime soon.
@@ronroy69 Oh I see, are you claiming through your own insurance or third party? Because I am trying to claim through the third party insurance at the moment. But it is not going well (getting no response). So I think I will have to go through my own insurance in the end. But if you are going through the third party then yes it will take long to get results on your bike, but if you are using your own insurance it should be much much quicker, a matter of weeks.
@@tvtwistasmotoyeah im in the same boat as u mate I’m claiming through third party and even though they admitted they were at fault to the police on the scene someone from their insurance still hasn’t come down to even look at the damage on the bike yet 😔 so I’m going to call third parties insurance tommorow hoping they will send someone down, but if I were you I would say don’t go through ur own insurance as these companies that store the bike and give us hire bikes charge absolutely extortionate prices I’m talking 150 a day for a 125 cc hire bike so I can’t imagine what it would be on ur 650cc and £375 for delivery costs, and you really don’t want that coming back to you. But it’s a sticky situation considering you still need a bike to move around with but these guys take the piss with storing your bike, anyways the best we can do is keep on top of them and hope nothing comes back to bite us and we get our original bikes back 😂

If you had it recorded it would've helped you out a lot. There's a good chance they're gonna write the bike off. They want to give you a bike so they can make money off the other insurer just make sure you're not made liable to pay for the hire as it's not cheap.....
Yep.......spoiler alert.....but you are correct they wrote it off 😔. And yeah they promised me i will not be charged for the hire.
