How is this lizard spoilt ? It's trapped in a glass cage without anywhere to move in? There's no water bowl, no place to sleep only enough space for a cricket or roach to be Inhabited in. I don't want to be mean or anything but this lizard needs either a new set up or relocation. Update me when you do please.

Captain Noogie Balls bearded dragons don’t need water bowls. it raises too much humidity. that’s enough room for a bearded dragon. they aren’t humans they dont need somewhere comfy to sleep or lay. that’s not natural. they would prefer rocks or logs

Love your set up, so cute. You might want to hang the UVB underneath the cover. Also replace it after 6 months even though it will still light up normally. I have two enclosures so my beardie has a “Summer Home” as well. We had to get creative to be able to hang the UVB so she would get 100% of its rays.

Best thing about that tank (besides the lovely decor) is the front opening doors... so many starter tanks are top opening, which is a real hassle. Just a note - you CAN get away with a 40BR tank (36"x18"x18") if your dragons gets a lot of exercise outside the tank daily; most folks will eventually upgrade to a 4'x2'x2' when their dragon reaches full growth, though.

My son recently got a beareded dragon I say about 2 to 3 months old cause he is about six inches long, but guess who taking care of it? Mama is! So, your videos are a blessing and teaching me how to take care of my baby. I gonna call em my baby...lol. My baby name is Draco and Draco does not like baths, and I hate crickets too. So Thank you for letting me know how to do all this! Oh plus getting the light and temperature right too about shedding and if Draco turns out to be female..lawd. So much to learn. Thank you!

@@Darth-ml9hw really? Because I was under the impression that the minimum for a bearded dragon in a 40 gal breeder. 4-2-2 is a good tank size… at least from what I’ve learned from many different people. I could be wrong though, hence why I’m just trying to verify.

Nice setup 🤗 I'm frim Australia and as you know, beardys are native to the dry areas of Aus so its very interesting that you have a soft forest backdrop for her. I wish they where forest lizards since the dry is not my thing. My dragon is very much the same colour as yours. In the wild, by default they are alot more black even when they change colour. 🤗🤗🤗

I’m sure most already know about this but in regards to feeding my beardy crickets, it is a lot easier when you simply place the crickets in a ceramic bowl. They aren’t able to jump at all and my bearded dragon just jumps right in and devours them.

I'm super late as well, but I plan on getting one next spring, I'm going to get 120 gallon one right off the bat so the beardie can grow into it and have lots of space to move about.
