    How do you breathe while bracing the abs properly though? Or when doing a push-ups. Also, are we supposed to squeeze the pelvic floor as well while doing push-up?
    Other than that, the video was really helpful, been looking for sth like this for a while now. Thanks

      Same shit man! Contact your f***ing abs and glutes....I work on improving my form during pushups but these two always get me 😭

    Hey! I have a question. Is this the same thing what you call "stomach vacuum"? Is stomach vacuum and squeezing abs are same? You're helping a lot. Thanks. *Please reply*

      Maybe? I am not sure what a "stomach vacuum" is. If you feel like you are just sucking your belly in to make your waist smaller, that is not it. You should feel your muscles contracting and becoming hard without pushing out your belly or sucking in.

      Hi! Practice bracing lying down, and then hold it while you curl up into a sit up position. You can also practice this exercise which will help. ruclips.net/video/8CqTxSQY_Qs/видео.html Hold each position for 5 seconds, do 5 rounds without stopping. For abdominal exercises I prefer planks over sit ups, use your brace in a plank. ruclips.net/video/b0XxZDfMflk/видео.html

    How do you brace in a push-up position

      Doing a push up is sorta like doing a plank except you are moving up and down. So here is a short video on how to do a proper plank. Brace and contract your stomach right as you move into the plank position. Squeeze your glutes some too, you will have a slight curved position.
