How do you breathe while bracing the abs properly though? Or when doing a push-ups. Also, are we supposed to squeeze the pelvic floor as well while doing push-up? Other than that, the video was really helpful, been looking for sth like this for a while now. Thanks

Maybe? I am not sure what a "stomach vacuum" is. If you feel like you are just sucking your belly in to make your waist smaller, that is not it. You should feel your muscles contracting and becoming hard without pushing out your belly or sucking in.

Doing a push up is sorta like doing a plank except you are moving up and down. So here is a short video on how to do a proper plank. Brace and contract your stomach right as you move into the plank position. Squeeze your glutes some too, you will have a slight curved position.
