    Problem with my CNC PLASMA cutting machine.....I need a help.
    It peirces but no moving ...but when do Demo is moving.....at the same time if using flame cut it cuts very good like before.......
    When I switch to palsma it makes a peirce on the material but no moving.....I checked all the safety devices /fuses are all ok from the plasma source but no moving when I command......
    Please assist me while I am planning to get the bigger machine this year from you.....i followed the videos in RUclips
    I am using Huyuan Plasma power source
    Huyuan IGBT 200A
    *Simply....
    torch does not move after initial pierce*

      To change the machine’s unit setting from the diagnose menu, go to the F8 System Def (FIG 26) then F3 Define and enter the password “1396” (FIG 27). With the correct password entered, navigating to F5 Option (FIG 28) will open a menu that includes the option to switch units listed as Default Unit (FIG 28). The machine power must be cycled to put this change in effect.

    We don't have F8 on our CnC so how do I change MM to Inches

      I believe that means you have our versa-Cut table. To switch he needs to press F4 > F3 it will be a blank screen and press "1928" on the keypad. A window will pop up and the last option is to switch between units.
      There's a firmware update for this machine if it was purchased before March - please email NCornell@Eastwood.com and he'll get you all straightened out.
