Hello, can you help me, I have a fyeboon like plasma, it cuts well in manual, but when I put it in automatic to make the design, it lowers the nozzle, turns it on, makes a hole for a few seconds and turns off. I can't get her to do the drawing, but when I do the test she does the drawing test correctly. Can you help me or give me the machine manual.

Sounds like you're not on an Eastwood Plasma table - you're going to need to reach out to the manufacturer for this type of trouble shooting.

When I tick “watch arc enable” CNC plasma starts to cut but dont freezes on the same place and flaming. What it could be?

$8000 includes the plasma torch. Other brands in 4x4 are $6000 up to $12000 and do not include the plasma torch. It is competitively priced. Only table with a 90 day return policy. All others are "Not Returnable". Eastwood is an established and stable company, you know you will get support when you need it; too many others are new start ups and are importing units or are made in someone's garage and are using proprietary parts and software which means you may own an orphan machine when you need help.
