Loved this! Simple clear instructions without all the chit chat! She's a class act! 👍
Well done. I appreciate your beautiful and CLEAN kitchen. Thank you!
One of the most organized informative food videos l have yet to watch ...congratulations!
I agree 100%
I love the way you explain you remind me of my aunt she's gone home to be with the Lord but you do things so simple and I love that because you take the time to explain what you're doing you don't try to get us drive again and all high in the air and talk over somebody's head you're just down to earth plain and simple and I like that keep up the good work
Thank you! I've had pig feet I my freezer and I want to cook them like moma used to. Now thanks to you I can.
My mom used to make this back in the day, but I never learned how. I was feeling nostalgic and this recipe looks great, totally trying it. Don’t knock it till you’ve tried it people. It’s old school, down home comfort soul food and extremely good! Thanks for the recipe!!!
I LOVE you kitchen!!! Especially your stove!!!
My mom was a country cooker, but she never made this combination. I am trying this as soon as I can get to the grocery store! Looks so good! Thanks for sharing!!!
OMG!!! It is so ironic! I just watched "American Barbecue Showdown" about 3 to 4 hours ago and MY GIRL SYLVIE was my favorite. Then i watched @LLIPS mukbang with pig ears and i got curious because i never ate pig ears. I looked up the best way to make pig ears southern style and lord and behold! My girl Sylvie popped up and i started screaming with excitement.
That is so funny. My soul food cooking came from my mother who was from Mississippi.
Great points made.. looks yummy!
I’ve made pork ears and feet many times. In most Spanish cultures we clean our pork ears, pork feet and tripe in salted water.. let them soak in cold water about an hour to help remove any impurity’s.. another hint is, once rinsed with cold water add lemon juice to finish cleaning and helps with tenderizing (vinegar works great too) and with odors.
Love your cooking spirit and I look forward to more of your videos.
Cheers
from the Spanish-Hispanic culture, mom passed at 94 this year. gonna cook-up a pot full. one of her favorite meals to cook. in our childhood years, for weekend family gatherings. thank you for the fine memories. still have her recipe; 70 now, can still smell the aromas in the kitchen wonderful right-on!!!

Ms. Lady Q, you are killing me! This meal looks amazingly delicious. I will prepare it for my husband. He will love it. These are the meats I grew up eating in my country. You are a good cook and an excellent teacher. Thank you for sharing. Where is the corn bread, I didn’t see it😋😋😋😋

I give you a ☆☆☆☆☆ rating for your video instruction. I watch cooking videos to see how others make my favorite foods. I'm watching videos while I'm
waiting on my pig feet to get done. You made me think about my food science instructor back in my college days. I especially like that your video was not too wordy! Or too long! You keep it simple. I didn't feel like I was watching
"Pat and Gina" The Neeleys. You are great to watch and like a food expert in the kitchen. A Master Teacher with the perfect style💖
Thank you very much.

This must be sooo wonderfully gelatinous and thus healthy for bones and joints etc - I have not eaten this in too long a while, as my very Polish mom passed at 86 in 2011. I was actually born there and lived there til I was 5. I never made this with her so now I can make this using this vid -.she was not one to write recipes down! Thanks so much! It has been too long since I enjoyed such a meal !!!!
Good to kno they can b somewhat healthy👍😁
Your pig ( feet, ears and head) recipes remind me of home cooking, albeit without the smoke of an open fire from the good old days.
Today is 10/15/23 and I decided to look up pig feet and ear recipes because I wanted to feel close to my grandpa that passed 2001. I’m making tomorrow. Take you for the clear and concise recipe.

Am speachless but, yes!
A white watching black cuisine, I'm starved!!! LOOKS DELICIOUS!!!! dip me up a bowl.
Well I do not know if this is ONLY black cuisine - I grew up eating meals like this dish, and variations, in Poland and then once we came over to the USA my mom continues making traditional Polish meals for decades. I am not saying everything was the same, but in terms of pork, oh lordie, Poles (and I) LOvE LOVE LOVE our pork! My father was a terrific farmer in Poland but did not continue that once we came here, to my regret!
