Just discovered your channel. I'm retired and live alone. I love to cook and follow some incredible chefs on RUclips. But there are many times I don't feel like or don't have the time plus it's often difficult to prepare certain recipes for one. This and others are great ideas for quick and tasty recipes.

Where’s the eggplant in the ratatouille? A serving size of pasta is 85 grams. Your two ounces is only 56.6 grams. People will still be hungry after that “meal”. So many things to check in this video, but the recipes look absolutely delicious and your presentation is great. Your video is really enjoyable to watch and your instructions are clear. Just found your channel and now want to see more for inspiration.

Yes finally fast and easy pasta dishes. But I can't eat the shrimp anymore . Its so sorry there are so many dishes I can't eat anymore morrel mushrooms,shrimp,fried oysters, chicken stuffing. But I'm sure going too try the baked asparagus and Salomon And the creamy pasta. And for my son I will add chopped pepperonis.

I don't snap the asparagus any longer. When I did, it always snaps halfway, losing half the asparagus.
