I am Chandra Prakash TCL car unhappy custom. I had bought a TV on sale and lodged a complaint with the customer care center due to a defective display unit. My complaint was rejected every time by saying that you have registered a complaint from some other number. Finally my complaint was registered on 24th December. In whose inspection the customer care representative came to my house and checked my TV and informed the company that the display unit is defective, instead of which the entire TV will be replaced. A few days ago I got a call from the customer care representative that your TV has arrived. You will have to come to Bilaspur with your TV and then deposit the old TV from here and take the new TV. So I asked whether TCL company does not provide home delivery service. They replied that they are not giving us the money to reach home, so we cannot reach, you will have to come. In this context, I called the toll free number to get information, in response to which I was told that “we are talking at the customer service center, will be put on hold, please wait” after saying this, sometimes for 1 hour, sometimes for 2 hours. Used to be put on hold. No satisfactory answer was given. I request the company to solve my problem and not give any kind of false assurance.॥ The company's TVs are as bad as their service and even worse is their customer service representative group who try to fool the customer. I will never recommend anyone to take any TCL product
