I use 2x Reaper mods, as it will cut the cooldown in half of how soon it will activate again (and it makes a larger orb of light)
you won't make a tangle with thread of isolation on strand with a three tap. only on prismatic. and thread of generation is definitely a must.

I have never tried this but it may work so test it out for whoevers reading this
