No, it's not. Unless you have very odd proportions, your elbow should be around the bottom of your rib cage, and your wrist around your hip joint, no matter your height. So if you are tall, the weight must objectively be moved further, but the longer limbs will have to move through the exact same angles as she does, thus making irrelevant.
