I was surprised by near 90k miles, most of the time they say high miles it’s a C6 Z with like 40k miles on it lol
My 16 Camaro SS had 160k miles on it and never had mechanical problems

Wow u guys call that high?😂😂😂😂 my yota is 200k plus off-road truck driven hard every single year last 10 years only needed regular maintenance only because i wanted too didn’t need to still running brand new. Had a Honda didn’t change oil over a year still smoked a mustang running nos 😂😂😂

750+rwhp on 93 pump gas. Car can do anything 10 second bracket class and road course. All around street car.
In Minnesota we have COLD asfalt and concrete well into the summer months. I have a na c6 with a auto and I still spin tires when it's cold
I'm in the same boat, man. I also have an auto C6 and live in the Twin Cities.

it used to be about an 80/20 split of the guys working on cars to Fran in the car on the dyno. Lately it has become reversed. 80% Fran in the car on the dyno, 20 percent guys turning wrenches

For the Baltimore area people they just opened a station on 175 and 295 I believe a highs with e85.
Do you know if Owings Mills or randallstown has e85 stations? I’m kinda new to the car scene
Every station in Texas always has E85,can't use anymore than 15%,or it will crater you motor.

It amazes me how people lack to take care of their cars. Keep my 5th gen 1le clean and nut and bolt checks every few months
5th gens are unfortunately just not up to par against what's out there

Definitely was prior to my purchase. Purchased it from glenpolkford. When it arrived some of the front splitter was damaged.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but stock for stock is a C6 ZR1 just as fast if not faster than a C7 ZR1 in a straight line? Despite being down over 100hp.
Should be c6 is lighter
I think the C7 is faster with no big wing

G2 and R2 is a completely diff tire. G2 is not a drag radial style tire

Not sure where you live in Iowa lol but definitely not always 85-90% 😂 it’s all 70-75% until summer blend then hyvees can be 80-88%
@@thesudzy22 The station 5 minutes from my house is always over 85% all year as is the next closest station 15 minutes away. There is one station 15 minutes in the opposite direction that does go down to 70% in the winter months. I tested my local station in January and it was 91%.

What hp or psi is safe on the SS? Like 6-7psi ok?
I use the octanium stuff all the time in my shitbox,when you tune on these cars and use it, is the car picking up that its got better fuel so it allows it to make more power... or is a tuned in thing where the owner will need to add it in every tank?
It would need to be tuned for it in order to pick up power

Yeah. Those are always better than pump E85.
I think. It doenst as long as your cooling system and cylinder compression are ok.
