The good side from the sad story: she became her own producer, followed an original and artistic lane, and was never a robot performing repetitive overproduced shows in huge Las Vegas arenas 😅

Exactement! It was this song that introduced finnish people to Lara in year 2000. Local radio stations had it constantly in the air, so much that it was coming exasperating. And that gave people completely wrong idea of what kind of artist Lara actually was. But anyway, nowadays i think it was better choice after all to not go into US music business but follow her own way and style. Too bad for the US people though. But better late...than extremely late 😁

Really fun reaction Maddy! When you get the chance, you may also want to react to her official music video of this song, as it definitely surprised me on the versatility of Lara when you view the dance/pop version of that video, and so different from her, "From Lara with Love" Concert. But after watch so many of her concerts and songs that people have shared with me the past few months of discovering her, nothing surprises me. I think she is simply the best female vocalist I have ever heard, and writing over 200+ songs and performing them fluently (from the many comments I have seen who are familiar with some of those languages) is very impressive to me. Thanks for going do this rabbit hole, as I doubt you'll ever be disappointed, as I haven't found a song Lara can't do well. Not sure if you reacted to "You're not from here or Tango yet, but those are some of my many favorites as well that you might want to consider. If you want to hear a great cover of the Whitney Houston song, "I will always love you", she did a fantastic job of that song. Since discovering her a few months ago, I have never found a bad song by her and for the most part all here songs have been outstanding and never disappointing in my humble opinion! Caruso et perdere amor en italien , 2 chansons extrêmement émouvante, la façon donc elle chante caruso est exceptionnelle et la façon de chanter avec le micro la chanson perdere amor et incroyable , elle chante avec un micro sur pied en ayant la boucle coller au micro , c masterclass car tu entend pas la moindre respiration.
