Since Jupiter and Rahu are facing each other, how to evade the confusion , because it is not every time i am under such knowledge to move away from negativity.

The statement itself probably shows that Rahu is immortal and massive and other planets need to fight it, instead of it fighting others. It is not as simple as saying to control rahu negative energy. If it afflicts mercury which is nervous system and brain, there is a chemical imbalance in brain will be created and that will not allow you to control obsessive thoughts from mind without medical help. Again diagnosing what is going wrong also very tough and getting medical help also will become very late.
