I am am an 83 year old grumpy vet that just has to struggle with something then finally gives up and watches the video or reads the instruction. In this case I was issued my F22 Rollator at the local VA clinic. I received my instructions from a simply gorgeous young blond lady. She knew exactly what she was talking about and my wife was standing by just in case I missed something(the instructions that is). Once I got my Rollator home I tried it out again in the garage and my small dog was fascinated by it and wanted a ride, I should have watched this video completely through before attempting to operate it. YEP I went through the "wonder what that thing is for , and how the heck do you operate that lever". Anyway figured it out and looking forward to a test run, so far I am very pleased. Thank you VA, again you have come to my rescue. PS, A couple of days ago while out grocery shopping I saw a very bedraggled looking older guy that just looked homeless VET and he was pushing a similar cart down the isle. I reached out and touched him and asked where he got the push cart. He froze in place and said, I didn't steal it sir, I got it at the VA, if you are a vet you can get one too, while looking up at my hat that stated "I am a Vietnam vet with two purple hearts ". I grabbed his arm and said, I sure didn't think you stole it sir. He was wearing clothes that looked like he had been wearing unwashed for a very long time. My wife was playing the Lottery machine and while I looked back at this poor guy, I could see all could afford was the cold soft drink and chips as he checked out. As he was walking out I caught up with him and pressed a $20.00 into his hand and wished him luck. Wished it were more as he walked out the door. I felt bad as I saw the wife push money into the damn machine and get nothing in return. By the time she was finished, I was too late to tell her my story and the man was gone. next time I will carry more money just for guys like this. He wasn't begging or even asking. I am 78 and a VA patient. They provided me with an F22 wheel walker. It is the obsoletely the best you can have. The large wheels are great for hardwood or carpeted floors in my house, so easy to roll. If you need a wheel walker this is the one to get. I use the seat as a makeshift table to move my morning coffee around. Never spill a drop because of the large wheels. They roll easily over everything. I never take my F-22 out side, but could. I ordered a smaller unit with wheels to keep in the car. it has 4, 7 1/2" wheels and only weighs about 10 pounds. Thank you Delibiss for making such a great product.
I have had mine a number of years. This company was very helpful in ordering replacement bearings for the front wheels recently. The only criticism I have is that there should be 2 curb hoppers, I fold mine, tilt the front wheels till inside vehicle then lift the rest and it fits behind drivers seat. I do not have to lift the entire weight that way. Not a veteran, I paid out of pocket and it was still a good purchase.
How do you fold the F22 ? The two tubes that hold the seat hit the backrest when they come up as I’m trying the fold the walker. Very frustrating ! Thanks for any feedback ! Harry Lankford
