Le producteur portugais ‪@xinobivevo8384‬ nous envoie dans l’espace ! La base de lancement ? Les Europavox Sessions !
Après avoir grandi en écoutant Bad Religion et les Ramones, Xinobi découvre la musique électronique à la fin des années 80. Bidouilleur génial, l’artiste se fait une solide réputation dans l’internet underground grâce à ses productions DIY et ses remix de Toro Y Moi, Nicolas Jaar ou Agnes Obel. Ces différents travaux dévoilant un style à la fois pop, iconoclaste et franchement éclectique.
A l’heure où nous écrivons ces lignes, Xinobi a publié quatre albums : 1975, On The Quiet, A Collection of Xinobi Dance Songs et Balsame. Dans ce dernier opus publié en avril 2022, le producteur associe son electro planante à des sonorités ibériques. Présentation au cours de cette Europavox Session où Xinobi interprète les morceaux "Phenix", "La Tormenta" et "Amor Cego".
