These are the kind of videos I would like to see more of. You and the CATRP crew buying things for personal collections. Most of the content is buying to re-sell. I would love more content of personal buys!
They are a reselling company with a big social media platform integration. Asking for more PC videos is not very reasonable I think, atleast not without them always containing reselling aspects IE pokemon pursuit.
14:46 I'm so glad you had you're own pov of this interaction with Retro Rick on your video as well, it was one of the funniest parts of his video when i saw it! 🤣🤣🤣
The Squirtle "Pokemon Snap" card is the card you would charge credits to to use the Pokemon Snap Station to print your photos as stickers at select Blockbuster locations.
I had no idea Chase was not only close to my age (45) but actually 2 years older. My mind is blown! We are both the perfect age for having had the NES as our first console (most likely) and watched the madness grow from there. I have some absolute gems in my collection just from being my age and having purchased them years ago, but I'm totally jealous that I didn't act on my love for retro games and put down lots of cash towards it over the years. If I wasn't an avid guitar player and spent all those thousands of dollars on my guitar hoard over the years I definitely would have a collection like he has at this point. 45 year old Will is definitely mad at 25 year old Will for not doubling down years ago before the market started going insane. (Also, I'm a huge fan of the channel! Keep it up Chase!)
It would be a multiple video thing. Just think of the shear amount of Star Wars video games. Lego Star Wars has like six games, not counting handheld variants, alone. Two Jedi games, two Force Unleashed, two KOTOR, six Battlefront's. Then you got the X-Wing and TIE fighter games and Squadrons. Super Star Wars, Super Empire Strikes Back, Super Return of the Jedi. Then there's also the Rogue Squadron games. There's the Revenge of the Sith game, there's freaking Kinect Star Wars lol. There was also Outlaws that just released this year, which will be hard to find at a convention because its brand new. It keeps going lol But this all said, I 100% want it haha
Are we including all versions? the original arcade game came out on Atari 2600, Atari 5200 Commodore 64 and ColecoVision I think. If you count that as 1 there are about 70 games that came out for consoles (I counted 72, but a few were rerelease only and might have been digital only) plus any star wars disney infinity characters
Wish I knew you guys were coming through, I woulda loved to hang out for a bit! Yea, LA is just pretty expensive in general so it's not the best place to find deals, but the sheer volume of inventory between all the different shops is impressive. Game Tower is the closest one to me and they are pretty loaded.
I was going for every Star Wars game ever made (found in person only, CIB, and including variants) but I had to stop because there are way to many and it's been about a year since I've seen something I didn't have in person. I completed all the main brands like Nintendo, Playstation, and Xbox, so I'm just missing the really old stuff and a couple variants here and there. CIB Gameboy, Color, and GBA were by far the hardest to find.
These past two videos were awesome guys!!! Great job. I really appreciate how nice you are to the people you meet. I had a question: Chase, you said you aren’t good at video games. Is that true? lol just curious… I love playing games, I’m just pretty bad, I’ll admit it :)
That brand new sealed leaf green looks amazing. It’s really difficult to find good condition retro Pokemon game in Hong Kong. I hope you can upload more retro pokemon hunting videos
As a Californian, I have found Washington State to be the most abundant in retro game stores with some pretty cool shops. Highly recommend checking it out.
I love all your videos and watch them every time they come out and all the old ones all day and i started my own pokemon pursuit and reselling games to my local store to be just like you
Those sealed pokemon games made my heart feel all fuzzy and warm knowing someone else out there didn't open them. I got 1 copy of each version too keep sealed and refuse too part ways with em.
maybe the west coast has you beat in volume, but as someone who watches your stuff and isn't from either area i would say you guys have it made in the midwest from the sheer amount of tag sales and the deals you can get.
Please do a video on Star Wars games! I've been going back and forth on wanting to do something similar for awhile now but also playing and rating them as a series for TikTok, so y'all's video would be great as research and a starting point on what to look out for.
I would love to see you go for everything Star Wars! I don't think it can be done but it would be interresting to see! Without going officially for a complete SW collection I always pick up what I don't have when I see them and I'm at around 75. (Same game on different platform counting as 2 separate games)
Personally I feel like the west coast is the most inflated when it comes to prices. Over the summer I purchased the champagne GBP mint in the box at my local game store for $140. Over here on the east coast prices are still very affordable IMO
Retro games plus and hidden gems are my 2 favorite stores to hunt at 😭 big shout out to them, I always walk out with something. Next time you’re out here I recommend a little hole in the wall shop in the city of Stanton called things 4 you gaming, the homie that owns it always takes care of me and I’ve scored on some bangers there.
Are you going to be in Pennsylvania this weekend by any chance? My neighborhood is having a yard sale and I'm selling Funkos and other suff also, I was trying Ebey but wanted to try Yard as well. If you're in the area you should swing by.
The "best place" to get good finds, as someone who has bought from every corner of the US and some of Japan. Is the finds you come across through conversation. Like the video showed with the Leaf Green. You dont know, unless you ask. I got my Neo Geo AES that way and some of my white whales from smaller transactions that led to bigger finds.
Wow that was my sealed leaf green I sold to Blake at retro games plus. I was at Buffalo exchange. Miss my sealed Pokémon collection but glad it went to a good home
As a 42 year old man, I'm in the process of selling my collection (ps2 and older) because I know I will never play them ever again. As for my complete Pokemon collection, gone as well. Every game I bought when they came out, held on to everything in hopes my kids would play. Newp... lol
Imagine spending that kind of money for controllers that don't even have Hall sensors in them. I get that they're not likely to actually be used to play with; it just boggles my mind how expensive cheap controllers are.
These are the kind of videos I would like to see more of. You and the CATRP crew buying things for personal collections. Most of the content is buying to re-sell. I would love more content of personal buys!
Agree! ❤
They are a reselling company with a big social media platform integration. Asking for more PC videos is not very reasonable I think, atleast not without them always containing reselling aspects IE pokemon pursuit.
Exactly! I plan to make videos of my own collecting games for my personal collection instead of flipping.
The Synced "L.A." and following reaction was the most CATRP thing I've ever seen! Love it!
14:46 I'm so glad you had you're own pov of this interaction with Retro Rick on your video as well, it was one of the funniest parts of his video when i saw it! 🤣🤣🤣
I was dyinggg. So glad I get to rewatch it here. 😂😂
NO WAY CHASE IS 47!
This was filmed months ago right?
The Squirtle "Pokemon Snap" card is the card you would charge credits to to use the Pokemon Snap Station to print your photos as stickers at select Blockbuster locations.
Sorry, 47 years old?!
Nope, not possible, you’re like 32 at most, either i missed a joke or this dude has genes of freaking steel lmao
Their website says he made his first sale in 2002 at the age of 8, so he is definitely not that old lmao
I didn't know I needed a CATRP and RetroRick travel collab this much. Absolute legends. 🔥

lol he’s not 47
@@Drewskiii77 Wrll damn, Nevermind!!!
YES for all the Star Wars games I love those videos trying to gather all of the Pokémon’s I bet the Star Wars video would be great!!!
It would be a multiple video thing.

LOVED THIS!!!! all the favs! so cool seeing all of you together!
You and sky guy saying la at the same time was funny to see. Nice video hopefully you can go to different places to find good deals in the future.
Blake is super knowledgeable on t-shirts. He knows his stuff. I've seem him in other videos.
I was going for every Star Wars game ever made (found in person only, CIB, and including variants) but I had to stop because there are way to many and it's been about a year since I've seen something I didn't have in person. if that leafgreen was an adapater misprint first print 1400 seemed like a steal. The condition looks like 9.6 a+ clean.
13:08 funny to see the exact Resident Evil DS game I bought for my nephews bday in a CATRP video. Love retro games plus HB.
These past two videos were awesome guys!!! Great job. I really appreciate how nice you are to the people you meet. I had a question: Chase, you said you aren’t good at video games. Is that true? lol just curious… I love playing games, I’m just pretty bad, I’ll admit it :)
Great seeing all the awesome people in one video. Great look at their shops plus, the items you scored the deals on
That brand new sealed leaf green looks amazing. It’s really difficult to find good condition retro Pokemon game in Hong Kong.
I hope you can upload more retro pokemon hunting videos
It was my first Pokemon game and I spent like a week just admiring the box. Wish I still had it
I need a retro Rick between two ferns spoof
Punky at Hidden Gems is the man. Great video!
The joyride on the plane is a vibe.

We need a video of you guys picking up every Star Wars video game!!! Love when you guys are buying for the personnel collection!! Cheers!!
Definitely do a Star Wars game collecting video. So many good games.
0:32 “EL-LAY”
lol The way yall both said LA
for locals the 2 stores are in fountain valley and huntington beach, been to both they are great.
I lost on your video and on Rick's video when he did that little interview with him. LOL
Chase does not look 47! Thanks for the videos, HONK!
Definitely looking forward to the Star Wars video!
Every video I watch regarding video game collecting, Retro Rick just appears out of nowhere in all of them.
I like how they were the first to sign the Krusty sign, next to Mort
nice Mewithoutyou shirt 🎶
@9:17 it looks like Morts Garage already signed first but you’re the goat so I understand😂😂
Store guy is smart lol. Give out a few hundred in discounts for the views and publicity. I’d do the same
3:02 I sense a telepathic conversation lol
I can’t believe you’re from Michigan!!! Are you going to the Detroit Retro Gaming Show this Saturday?? I would be so psyched to see you there!!! 🤩🤩
Yes, More of this!
As a Californian, I have found Washington State to be the most abundant in retro game stores with some pretty cool shops. Highly recommend checking it out.
I’d agree and I live here in Washington after living in California (north and south) most my life. Lots of gamers up in the NW. Great community.
Any game stores in Washington you can recommend?
I love all your videos and watch them every time they come out and all the old ones all day and i started my own pokemon pursuit and reselling games to my local store to be just like you
vibes are super cool
just a bunch of old dudes looking at old shit!
no yapping kids running about fingerprinting everything 😂 bliss
hidden gem is the game store i go to punky is so dope !!!
That Rick interaction at 15 minutes had real Zach Galifianakis energy.
Those sealed pokemon games made my heart feel all fuzzy and warm knowing someone else out there didn't open them. I got 1 copy of each version too keep sealed and refuse too part ways with em.
this video is a banger! been watching for a while and u guys are genuinely cool dudes. keep it up homies!

Whens our next collab?

Add gameboy light to your collection chase!
I would love to see you go for everything Star Wars! I don't think it can be done but it would be interresting to see! Loved this blog, one of my favs mx
Yes! Please do the Star Wars game video🙏
I had the grey gameboy pocket growing up.. blast from the past! kirby was my jam.
ooo That Nintendo Power shirt with Wario is pretty sick
ol' Rick having a dementia episode
Personally I feel like the west coast is the most inflated when it comes to prices. Over the summer I purchased the champagne GBP mint in the box at my local game store for $140. Over here on the east coast prices are still very affordable IMO
LOVED this video. Great stuff.
Yes please guys
Dude is cool as hell
Definitely do a Star Wars gaming lore video!
I'd definitely go for every star wars game, I think you'd be surprised how many there are.
Over here in the U.K. there’s a Warhammer Space Marine and a Yorkshire Tea PS controller
When I see that kid with the orange hair, all I can keep seeing is the Halloween town 2 kid 😂
Star Wars game hunting would be cool
Montana is the cheapest. Hit up the pawn shops and pay whatever sticker price is from 10 years ago left on it.
I want to see the starwars hunt video... I grew up playing alot of starwars as a kid but there were so many, I missed playing many of them.
Did you get the sealed Leaf Green?
Fun fact: I graded the first ever graded copie of the shadow mewtwo with psa 😁
For the lose card & the sealed pack ✌️
Are you going to be in Pennsylvania this weekend by any chance? My neighborhood is having a yard sale and I'm selling Funkos and other suff also, I was trying Ebey but wanted to try Yard as well. If you're in the area you should swing by.
Shout out to the mewithoutyou shirt
Super bombad racing best Star Wars game
"L.A" lol
I’m so fucking hyped. If yall get into vintage tees? That’s an entire new 10$ business series
I hear Chrono Trigger. ❤
Let’s see that store wars video!!!
We huntin Boyz!!
Damn Rick Galafinakis
Loved this kind of video!
the controller is so dope
can you ship internationally?
The "best place" to get good finds, as someone who has bought from every corner of the US and some of Japan. Is the finds you come across through conversation.
Like the video showed with the Leaf Green. You dont know, unless you ask. I got my Neo Geo AES that way and some of my white whales from smaller transactions that led to bigger finds.
NO WAY CHASE IS 47
He was taking the piss. He is early 30s
Damn i love all of those guys
i swear thats disc replay in mishawaka when you said you do your game hunting in the midwest
I'm local to Double Jump Video Games, would be cool to see you guys in that shop seeing what you can find!
Star Wars games would be cool to collect but you have to add in the old ones from Atari and such
Wow that was my sealed leaf green I sold to Blake at retro games plus. I was at Buffalo exchange. Miss my sealed Pokémon collection but glad it went to a good home
Also, I’m not an old dude. I’m 32… oh wait lol
you need to come to the northern part lol
Lakers are 3-0 ....
I would love to see the star wars video.
Do this for the East Coast game stores?
I wasn't expecting a Retro Rick side cameo, but dang! Awesome video! 😆
As a 42 year old man, I'm in the process of selling my collection (ps2 and older) because I know I will never play them ever again. As for my complete Pokemon collection, gone as well. Every game I bought when they came out, held on to everything in hopes my kids would play. Newp... lol
Don't think I've seen Mort this funny!
Dude are you the voice of coach mcgurg from home movies??? Lol
What's Blake's shirt store called?
Imagine spending that kind of money for controllers that don't even have Hall sensors in them. I get that they're not likely to actually be used to play with; it just boggles my mind how expensive cheap controllers are.
I think you should change the name on the channel to "In the Bax"
Oh shit now he's into the vintage clothing game
