By "getting it," I meant that she knows how to treat her employees right. It's obviously a song that Miley and her band knew meant a lot to this dancer whom Miley has known for a long time. It's probably why anyone who's ever worked with Miley has only good things to say about her. Hope that allows you to see Miley in a better light.
