I have the momentum 397TH and we have the 2nd full bathroom in garage it gets used but we could do without it also. Mostly just turns into storage area, our can am takes up most all the garage space
What your saying is we need a few thousand pounds of office gear, and for me camera gear, lights, computers, etc. to balance the weight. I'll let my wife know I need to do some shopping at B&H Photo, you know, for RV safety! lol.
45’ hauler absolutely needs a second full bath. Manufactures are getting close to a perfect toy hauler floor plan but it hasn’t happened yet. IMO those few are voltage 4225, momentum 395, cyclone 4006, Fuzion 430.
That opening to the garage helps make the living and kitchen area feel bigger, it offers a useful area during travel stops, if whatever one is putting in the garage doesn't take up all the space.
This is awesome! Love the L living room, the bathroom, and the deck. The toy hauler section would be a great place for my dog kennels as well as a den. I would consider this for stationary full time living, but not travel.
The folk at etrailer are awesome! Saved my ass with the rebuilding of my front landing gear on our Northpoint! Great prices with my first experience dealing with them, being new in the full time thing and the customer service pleasantly surprised me as well. (just so people are aware of them.....) Now the coach... Let's face it JD... it's a Riverstone! Nothing but beauty and quality in these rigs that I can't wait to purchase one day!
Looks very similar to our DRV MX-450. The pass through is cool but we have a pantry there. We also have a window above the stove which is really needed since there are very few windows on the patio side. My biggest complaint with our rig is the lack of windows.
Yep, very MX-450 like, the bathroom looks a little smaller on this one. For us we didn't even consider the MX because the kitchen layout. The JX layout fits our needs a lot better.
I disagree with you on having to have a large toy hauler to have larger living space. Take the 320G Momentum, 321 Nitro, and the new Alliance 36V11 the floor plans are all the same for the most part. They all put the half bath in the garage and use the island 8n the kitchen for the sink witch in turn makes the actual living space small. If those two parts were changed the living space could in turn be much larger. Thank you Sir for all your informative and amazing content
Hey JD I hope you're having a great day? I really love this Riverstone Legacy 4513DST. I whole setup is amazing. The entertainment center is awesome with the hidden storage. The kitchen layout is different with the pass through window. The bathroom is large. The shower is amazing with the shower surround. The master bedroom is very spacious. The garage area is different then what I was expecting. I'm glad that it has the three AC units, the electric fireplace space heater! Does any of the AC units come with the heat pump built into them? I'm glad it comes with a generator, an what size generator comes in this Riverstone? The running gears are upgraded along with great tires. I could use the garage for a bunch of different things besides hauling toys. Thank you JD for showing us this Riverstone an giving us the information on it!!!! Your number one fan an friend Leonard Nelson from North Carolina!!😎😀😃🤘😎
Suggestion: like a simi trailer, is it possible to have a three position tandem wheel slide. Standard or first position Second position is for 1500-2000 pounds Third position would be 2000-3000 pounds Have a release lever, apply the trail brakes to pull or push the tandem wheels into the desired garage weight needed. It would give people options to carry toys and cars less than 3000lbs, adjusting the hitch weight for safety
I really want the Riverstone Legacy (42FSKG) TH with the small under bedroom garage (or the GD Solstice 376TH). I only have a Snap-On tool cart and a Honda Africa Twin to put in the garage. I'm currently in a DP with a 20' trailer and it's a PITA to have to own a tiny car that will fit in the trailer. I'd rather get the TH and an F450.
I would go buy one of these right now if it has plywood floors and roof.... OSB just not happening. Change it to pressure treated plywood next year and lets go!
So the cabinet draws are hardwood...how about the cabinets themselves? Are they hardwood, vinyl wrapped lumber core or vinyl wrapped MDF? How about overall construction like plumbing (proper fittings for transitions from flex to pex}, the outriggers...are they up to all the weight (refer to Grand Design Solitude 390RK with the collapsing floors)?
These trailers are super nice BUT also super heavy. If you stay on the move full time I’m not sure a one ton dully is enough comfortably all the time. Yes I know they will tow it but towing a unit this heavy all the time is a serious workout.
I just got a 2022 F450. I would love something like this. I have no experience with stuff like this but I am planning on getting something like this. Would the F450 be able to handle something like this? Dont have a lot of heavy toys just need the extra space for kids.
Id like to see pics of the bare frame for this thing. Theres nearly 20 feet of trailer hanging off the rear outriggers. Id feel a lot more comfortable about not dealing with a frame failure with a fourth set of outriggers supporting the very rear of the trailer...
So if you only carry a single motorcycle that’s 900 lbs., you’re too heavy in the bed of your truck. It’s a nice unit but how much does it cost? Always like your review’s JD.
This thing is sweet, but looking at the specs, you need an f450 or bigger to tow this this. Just to warn people. This thing 19k lbs dry and loaded out is near 24k lbs. The hitch weight alone empty is f450 range.
"Self protection devices" ...very slick, JD. Nice looking rig, but not very functional, no dinette: can't see to talk with others in opposing theater seats without leaning way forward; the fridge is a hike from the stove when you need something quick while cooking; lacks camp side windows. I've never understood that rear suspended patio deal. You are camping, so go sit at a table outside or around a firepit. Why is the washer /dryer not set further to the camp side, allowing larger closet space? As for the front to rear weight distribution, once you pull the heavy toy out, the lack of weight doesn't matter, as you only need it while towing. Would have liked to see the outside. Thanks JD, but I'm not sure they 'got it right.'
I wish you would do these reviews alone not 3 and 4 people. It's a bit distracting to be honest. I feel you get lost in talking with the people and I feel you miss things.
For a toy hauler, it’s very nice design. I like the pass through, although not sure I’d use it, and I’d hope it’s a solid panel that closes up the pass through so there’s privacy. The TV view is horrible from the loveseat, but looks somewhat okay from the theater seats. I assume the loveseat makes into a small bed? The bath is great, the bedroom is good, and the garage is about what you’d expect, although the awning over the deck is nice as it covers the entire deck. I didn’t notice if there’s a 1/2 bath in the garage? Oh, and I hate the exterior paint, probably because I’m not a fan of orange on an RV.
Same here that kitchen is just like the one in the DRV MX-450 and its tight for sure, not enough storage either in the kitchen although the storage behind the TV helps a lot.
Nice new exterior... same old interior. Seems all RV manufacturers use the same designer. It's almost 2024. Why are you still designing like it's 1976?
This is somewhat interesting and innovative as far as a toy hauler goes, which I usually hate. The inside I would give an 8, but the exterior I would give a 5. That is one fugly paint job! 🤮
I was a little surprised since that girl who was recently kidnapped from a campground was found in a cabinet of a travel trailer. A little too soon maybe.
That kitchen is worthless, very little counter space or storage. 45 foot long and that little bit of living/kitchen space? I bet anyone that buys this floorplan, regrets it on the first use
If it's 45 feet long it should have a 2nd bathroom/powder room, in the back
I’m not a fan of the second bathroom , it’s just my wife and I , for us it’s just wasted space
I'll let my wife know I need to do some shopping at B&H Photo, you know, for RV safety! lol.

Seismic 4112, 4113 too
That opening to the garage helps make the living and kitchen area feel bigger, it offers a useful area during travel stops, if whatever one is putting in the garage doesn't take up all the space.
The flip side is that there's only one bathroom for perhaps six people to use?
@@douglastong3208 This more of a couples coach with a little extra sleeping for occasional guests.
We love RiverStone!! Best in the business 😎
This is awesome! Love the L living room, the bathroom, and the deck. The toy hauler section would be a great place for my dog kennels as well as a den. I would consider this for stationary full time living, but not travel.

Wow, this thing is sick! Triple axle beast 🤩👍✨

I have a LX450 it has a better floor plan than this one does
@@TDub_ADV yeah it’s all trade offs. We needed the bigger garage to put my office AND our Smart Car in so the smaller kitchen was what happened
Pantry is much more important than a pass through window imo
If there's no dinette, what were the extra chairs under the bed for?
This is absolutely beautiful! There is a problem I see. There should be a half bath in the garage.
First toy hauler I actually like

Love this set up
The pass through looks nice, but I’d much rather have a 2bd bath.

I love this riverstone but the pass thru window took out the 1/2 bath in the garage and it doesn't have a dishwasher
can easily fit three babies or even toddlers behind the TV ;) lol
Nice unit. I could see a large family without any toys being comfortable. I would have liked a 1/2 bathroom in the garage.
I like it, it’s pretty nice!

My favorite floor plan !
Love that one as well!!
I would go buy one of these right now if it has plywood floors and roof.... OSB just not happening. Change it to pressure treated plywood next year and lets go!
🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 looking 😮 good 👍 to RV
So the cabinet draws are hardwood...how about the cabinets themselves? Are they hardwood, vinyl wrapped lumber core or vinyl wrapped MDF? How about overall construction like plumbing (proper fittings for transitions from flex to pex}, the outriggers...are they up to all the weight (refer to Grand Design Solitude 390RK with the collapsing floors)?
All Cabinet Doors are Solid Wood and drawers I believe are plywood. No MDF or wrapped products.
4 for look of it being heavy it should have 1 full bed 1 half bath and 2 full bedrooms and washer dryer and residential oven
Would have liked to see the outside and how big is the garage. There’s normally no storage on the outside of the toy hauler. What is the price? Thanks
These trailers are super nice BUT also super heavy. If you stay on the move full time I’m not sure a one ton dully is enough comfortably all the time. Yes I know they will tow it but towing a unit this heavy all the time is a serious workout.
Thought the same thing. HDT sounds like a better idea. Volvo or somethun.... lol
I think the hidden storage is awesome, sticking a kid back sound like a great idea lol just kidding
Was the pass through window powered or manual, slide down, or from the side? Just curious how it works.
I believe it is powered from kitchen side.
I just got a 2022 F450. I would love something like this. I have no experience with stuff like this but I am planning on getting something like this. Would the F450 be able to handle something like this? Dont have a lot of heavy toys just need the extra space for kids.
How long is the garage? I'm not seeing it posted anywhere.
Cool video
Why to do still use walls and material that allow thermal heat pass through? How is this 5th structurally built?
45’ and no half bath/second bath?? All those people in the back and no bath for them?? NOPE
All what people? Only thing using that space are my dogs and the RZR.
Nice r v
Looks like JD gonna have a third RV 😂
Id like to see pics of the bare frame for this thing. Theres nearly 20 feet of trailer hanging off the rear outriggers. Id feel a lot more comfortable about not dealing with a frame failure with a fourth set of outriggers supporting the very rear of the trailer...
I recenlty made an entire series on building a Riverstone. Full tour with frame.
@BigTruckBigRV but I'm interested in the 4513 frame specifically...or are they all the same at this length?
These dudes need clarification. HAHA, I think you were schooling them.
Give it a 7. I would like it better if it had the loft for storage and/or sleeping.
Could i store my Harley in the back part?
So if you only carry a single motorcycle that’s 900 lbs., you’re too heavy in the bed of your truck. It’s a nice unit but how much does it cost?
Always like your review’s JD.
looks like a DRV ORLANDO in the living and kitchen room.
The refrigerator is in a terrible position. The peninsula needs a flip up counter top for more prep area.
This thing is sweet, but looking at the specs, you need an f450 or bigger to tow this this. Just to warn people. This thing 19k lbs dry and loaded out is near 24k lbs. The hitch weight alone empty is f450 range.
Biggest thing for kitchens to me is room on both sides of stove
Can you close the pass through.
nice

I don't think the E-Trailer guys enjoyed it either - they looked captive and not captivated.
You never showed the outside

Uhhhh you forgot to go back outside lol
Not bad for a toy hauler but practically no closet space.
It's suspicious that there is an air freshener on the kitchen counter, even in an RV. 🤔 😳 😀 👀 👁
Despise the kitchen. May as well have the fridge in the garage very inconvenient. Also it looks like the kitchen is very tight.
Same here that kitchen is just like the one in the DRV MX-450 and its tight for sure, not enough storage either in the kitchen although the storage behind the TV helps a lot.
It's still a Fleetwood product
I bet something breaks every time this hits the road
Put an XBOX in that pantry...lol
Nice new exterior... same old interior. Seems all RV manufacturers use the same designer. It's almost 2024. Why are you still designing like it's 1976?

I spit my drink out when you said you could put a child in there🤣😂
I was a little surprised since that girl who was recently kidnapped from a campground was found in a cabinet of a travel trailer. A little too soon maybe.

Getting ridiculous with the ads.
No don't put a kid back there. That's child abuse. That's the Mother in Law suite....
Very cheap looking to me. Compared to Brinkley, they should be embarrassed.
That kitchen is worthless, very little counter space or storage. 45 foot long and that little bit of living/kitchen space? I bet anyone that buys this floorplan, regrets it on the first use
This is purely subjective, I found the decor boring. Nothing colour wise pops or says “premium”.
Nothing looks special about this unit … it’s a no for me
