Haha the same actually from Morocco but at the end of the day we have one thing in commun which is we are studying the same course at uni and I'm coming soon to take a master degree on marketing over there 😜 lovely
Definitely a good point about signing up for second year housing. I don’t know how it works at other unis but I graduated from UEA and you absolutely don’t have to sign before Christmas! There are always houses left even by the summer! xx

|My experience. Jnr tutors and some of the more snr staff were mostly v nice. Lots of snr acad staff and the university management ranged from unfriendly to hostile to obnoxious to outright s*um. And I don't use that word lightly. My experiences and those of quite a few others, including friends of mine who were lecturers too. Would I recommend it? Erm not even if it was the last uni in the World. I hope anyone at Leeds enjoys their time there and they manage to avoid some of the pondlife that infest the place. Much will depend on your course.
Is it possible to get into an accounting and finance course at leeds with a grade below the necessary gcse requirement? I got a 6, 2 marks below a 7 but for my course I would need a 7. I would get a contextual offer but even that has the same gcse maths requirement so I wondered if there’s any way around this?
I went to the University of Winchester 2009-2012. As Lydia said, as far as choosing the right Uni for you, it’s defo about how you feel on the open day, you just get a gut feeling. Trust it. Even if the course isn’t right once you start, you should be able to change courses. I hope this helps! 💜
I’m going to Leeds Beckett University this September and I’m so excited! I live in a little rural Lincolnshire town atm but I’m originally from Leeds, so I’m technically moving back “home”! I don’t have many friends or much of a social life at home as I’m quite an anxious person, however this made me feel so much better!❤
if anyone is researching accom, I def wouldn't recommend James Baillie - I got mould poisoning there this year and unite are yet to sort it x
