Non stick bartan ko use karne ke kuch points hain agar aap follow karogi to apke bartan kafi sahi rahenge....
1) Khali ya tel ke sath non stick bartan ko zada garam na karen....
2) khana pakne ke bad 4 se 5 ghante ke ander hi bartan Khali kar len ....
3) nonstick bartan ke uper koi bartan na rakhe ,,esse nonstick me scratch aa jate hain.
4) wash karne ke liye hamesha soft sponge ka use Karen....
5) hamesha lakdi ya silicon spatula ka hi use Karen.......
Or sabse badi bat nonstick bartan rough use ke liye nahi hote aisa khana jo aapko normal bartan me banane me dikkat hoti ho bas wahi recipe aap non stick me banao.....kyunki Indian cooking me bhunna , baghar lagana ya deep fry karna aise recipes bante hain jo ki non stick ke liye sahi nahi hai......

Hannn kar sakte Hain but main suggest karungi ke nonstick cookware me deep frying ka kaam mat karna or spatula ko bhi deep frying karne se bachna hai warna ye jaldi kharab ho jate hain

Nahi esse cooking karne per ye bilkul kharab nahi hote...bus kuch savdhaniyan rakhni hain
1)garam kadhadi me ese lambe samtak na rakhen .... example:: jaise Kai bar sabzi pakate pakate enhe ham kadhai me hi chor dete hain ....aisa nahi karna hai.
2)direct flame per ya flame ke nazdik ese na rakhen.....

can we use these for direct cooking on stove like making sabzi, upma, daal, where first we add some oil to heat and then cook with other ingrediants? i've seen that direct contact of hot oil while cooking caused bulge on silicone spatulas, confused to buy wooden or silicone for nonstick cookware, pls reply🙏
I've been using this spatula for about 1 year, and I didn't see any bulges on my spatula. I am also using it to make kheer, uttapam sabzi. You can buy it without any hesitation
You have to take only 1 precaution while cooking. Do not keep the spatula on the hot pan for a long time, that means, stir the vegetables with a spoon and keep the spoon outside the pan.
How is it for poori frying...p plus spatula gives bubbles in oil

@@_SuRyA_. normal cooking it's ok.. But not for deep frying it reacts oil gets full of foam
It's getting stained ..and melt while frying fish..so don't buy this one..
