Make sure you change your party registration to Democrat if you want to support RFK in the primary. You can change your party registration at the DMV. You can't vote in the primary if you're not registered as a Dem.

As an independent voter, I am very interested in hearing more. But a lot will depend on who he surrounds himself with. He's going to have a big hill to climb with all the corruption in Washington and the so-called "intelligence community."

As a Republican who has voted for Trump and will again I still feel that this man would be a good president. Listening to him on Tucker last night made me smile that there is still some normalcy on the Democrat side. @C R There is still hope for us!. The way I see it is that Trump and RFKJr are are different in policies but very similar in their intentions to save the country. Trump was treated very unfairly from day one with corrupt sham investigations and the media pounding him everyday, you can see it already that they will go after RFKJr the same way.

I watched the full speech. If he gets on a debate stage with Biden and people hear him along with primetime grilling on his more controversial positions, he'll go up at least 15 points. Too many people will see the disconnect between how he's portrayed, and what he actually believes.

I just finished listening to his announcement speech in Boston, and i am blown away. He's spot on. I'm encouraged that the foundation of his views, observations and objectives, is that of Love. I'm convinced this is what this country needs, and i think his message will transcend all party lines.
He will have a rough road going against The Machine, but I have a feeling that if most Americans have an opportunity to listen to him in his own words, they will be impressed

I liked what little he's shown saying. That's a far cry from having any idea what sort of leader he is or may be though.

If you look back on the 2008 election the suspiciously singular misstep of Obama's "cling to their guns and religion" remark led directly to Fox providing live coverage of him addressing and interacting with republican voters in the heartland. People so deep in their info silos they already thought Dems were all weak timid types who didn't have the spine to be wrong and own it...
So Fox helpfully ensured all their viewers would tune in to see that Lib Arab flip flop, cry and run away from tough questions _except_ that instead they saw him look them in the eye, say with no hint of doubt or fear "I *said* it. I did. Now we can move on and talk about the issues that matter to your life and community or not. Your choice."
Nothing but crickets for over a minute as all those gathered expecting a metaphorical bloodbath of flip flopping got exactly what they told themselves no Dem would ever be instead. I will never accept that it wasn't a skillful dunk on Fox to use them to reach their captive audience through the info silo...
That was what depressed GOP turnout just as much as the unfolding financial crises they knew no republican would ever fix.
