The best one in the past 30 years was Gary Johnson in 2016. Successful business man and Governor. Descent. Honest. Respectful…..and never stood a chance.. Why? American are now not looking for a President. They are looking for a Messiah. And that is dangerous stuff.

Josh, it’s going to be tough for a third party independent candidate to win a United States presidency buddy. Teddy Roosevelt was a big toothed very popular POTUS and even he couldn’t win a presidential election as a third party “Bull Moose Party” candidate. RFK Jr has my vote. His first cousin JFK Jr would have made an outstanding POTUS he would have won in the biggest landslide in American history no doubt about it. JFK Jr was supposedly going to run for that New York Senate seat that Hillary Rodham ended up winning. A few years as a New York Senator Ave boom he would have won the very next nomination for POTUS.

Have the courage and civic responsibility to listen to RFK Junior speak at length about the issues Americans care about.
He is one of the most intelligent, considerate, and honest speakers. I’ve heard in a very long time. We would be very fortunate to have such a change in this country.
I actually don’t agree with everything that he says, but I believe his integrity, experience, insight and humility and deep love of this country far outweighs the other two in anything they could offer us.
And that is why the democrat party hates him. All these "elites" who have arbitrarily elevated themselves for no good reason at all, be to be de-elevated, harshly and by force if necessary..
I heard him in a news clip renege his agreeing with open boarders. Too late for my liking, especially with all going on in Israel and Iran’s threats! We have no idea how many terrorists came in over our borders. Anyway, Kennedy is only saying what people want to hear. Sorry, he’s a plant for the dems. It is straight up propaganda...that is what they do. Today' is just part of the propaganda machine. They get approx. 75% of their funding from Big Pharma...and the war industry is heavily involved in all of our media (when have you ever seen ANY mainstream media question war?). Never is the answer...they freaked out when the US left Afghanistan after 20 years of their constant spinning for forever wars. Their Covid coverage? Again, they parade their 'experts', who guided the US to the worst results of any country in the world...and they praised them all the way with worshipful coverage. The US has 4% of the world's population and had 16% of Covid deaths. RFK jr is the biggest threat to the control by Big Pharma and the war industry...that is why he is smeared non-stop by fake journalists, like 'Today'.

Maybe have Bobby Kennedy on your show to speak for himself. I am a registered Democrat, but have voted across the spectrum. I voted Libertarian in 2020. Fed up with the two party system and switching to Independent. So happy to have someone to vote for that I really like!

Kennedy is 69, but fitter than the average 25 year old, sharper than any candidate for President in the last five decades, and an exemplar of class and integrity. Before anyone says "conspiracy theory" (a term invented by the CIA to silence critics of the Warren commission, which had people fired by JFK on it), Kennedy is right about everything he says. You don't win over 600 cases against the biggest corporations and govt agencies without knowing "the science". Don't listen to what propagandists say he said. Listen to what he actually said in full.

I have always fully respected other people's political choices and views. But, since the republican vs. democrat battle has gotten so dysfunctional, it's become difficult for me to tolerate; it's become like an obnoxious war that forces its way into all of our lives and demands that we choose sides and raise swards against the opponents. What should be a friendly competition between individual politicians has become an abusive battle between groups of angry people. Its not good for any of us and its not good for America. I feel that the wisest choice is to opt out - to chose independence. And this is what I've done. I choose independence - I choose peace in America.

We need more independent folks and more parties than 2; if federal presidential elections allowed for a run off vote (instead of house representative vote), our system could support many more parties and independents.
Would ultimately lead to a whole lot less gamesmanship in congress and less power to special interest groups and less corruption.
More choices is good.
A run off election between the presidential candidates with the most electoral votes would be how most elections finish.
Say Kennedy got more electoral votes than Biden but less than Trump and no candidate gets 270 electoral votes; then the run off election determines the winner; likely Kennedy if the Kennedy + Biden vote was larger in the first round; or maybe not if Trump voters still had more and they all show up for runoff election.
More choices means the very bad and not-democratic way the DNC runs its primary will be neutralized and some of the advantages of the sitting incumbent go away for all federal elections (another good thing).
What would also be good is one 6-tear term for US presidents. No more wasting time running for re-election; no more claims of election fraud for sitting US president; they can work full speed for the country for 6 year straight.
Its already easy enough to impeach a bad president and more parties and more independents would likely make that even easier.

He’s got my vote because he’s not a career politician, yet he’s aware of how dirty politics can be on both sides of the spectrum and can navigate it. Hearing him in interviews he seems as though he’s speaking authentically and wants to revert back to truly what america stood for for every kind of American and that’s right in the middle on major issues. It was FAIR. Democrats go too far when in control where there’s confusion, and republicans go too far right where they’re doing great things for business owners but crippling the everyday working class American, Ive been ready for something different. I hope he picks Andrew Yang as VP if he gets in office. It’ll be a balance of old blood and young blood. Fresh ideas but fair and rational, unified ideas. He gives me the feeling he could genuinely be a president for the people, like FDR.
