In fact she's actually saying ya i yu e yo, the i and the e here are placeholders to keep the pattern of 5 going, and not actually present when going through the alphabet normally. And I think the person here omitted it when when writing out the lyrics because if you speak Japanese there's an understanding that those are the placeholders and you don't really need to list them out. I have noticed a lot of things get left out based on the assumption that everyone is in on the context and it's rough as a non native speaker haha. Also the guitarist is Japanese and I'd assume they write their own language correctly.
