I'm a happy introvert and had lots of nerdy dopamine overload listening to this episode! Loved it! Thank you. Really interesting and probably needs another listen.

Before I healed I was an extrovert. Now, my curious and courageous self loves my introverted nerdy self learning all this good stuff!

This is amazing Scott. Love how you broke down personality and explained it so clearly given the latest research.

Thank you for the great video! With your arguments it is clear that the DMN is not an evolutionary mistake to be silenced as some meditators view it :D

You say that it would be a good idea to channel your personality into creativity. There are different ways one could go about doing this. One would be if you have a lot of self-consciousness and self-loathing, you could incorporate the images and thoughts and intrusions you have into your speech writing to help your politicians win.
For example: Barack Obama recently called Donald Trump a '78-year old billionaire still whining,' now that's a very evocative image which brings to mind a man-baby who despite being a billionaire and a 78-year is still immature. That would be one example.
Another way to channel it would be to use your self-consciousness and self-loathing and use it to empathize with people with very similar problems, like what a therapist does.
