Rewatching these after Bostin's passing just hits different. No loss in Bodybuilding ever touched me so personally. The guy was the genuine article. Hilarious. Honest. Loved his family.

This is Bostin's mom.....I never gave him his steroids back that was his dad I took them away I was going to throw them out but his dad took them we were divorced at the time never would I have promoted drugs in anyway I was ms natural universe overall...never would I have wanted him to do drugs This Sport needs to change before it is to late and more young men and women die....I am a Mother without my child..and for what

(You can google-Doctor o' Connor interviews Bostin, the Guru of bodybuilding AKA Big daddy B) Fascinating interview . I think Bostin died quicker than he thought. He thought he would live to at least 50.

Kinda weird to me for some people to push for peds but dnp is seen as a short cut for the lazy. 400mg daily is super tolerable for me and I personally do 2 week runs. 200mg is only slightly less effective and even more well tolerated (can't even notice 200mg anymore)

classic physique isnt hurting bodybuilding...without it its just a competition of monsters that arent ART at all. Bodybuilding was ment to be an art, not a mess of mass monsters, even though it has to evolve in some way, its getting ridiculous. It is truly amazing how ethical this guy was. As he said, he was one of the few "morally good guys on the internet," indeed. And since his untimely passing, I have heard this reiterated by so, so, so many, time and time again. At the end of the day, and if you are young, please don't forget this, you will always be judged, forevermore, on your actions and how others describe you, but this is directly correlated to your actions towards others, the way you carry yourself, and certainly how you publicly speak and/or, nowadays, type/write. Honesty, trustworthiness, & kindheartedness will forever get you farther than hate, theft, and mean-spiritedness.

+Super muscle very true,, and everyone trying to find shortcuts to gain mass. It's takes a lot of hard training and a lot of clean eating. To keep the gains there aren't really any shortcuts.

+long live MAG everyone is different,, some can get away with eating a little less strict. Depends on your metabolism. I always just totally eliminated junk foods , and made sure I ate atleast 2grams of protien per body pound. No more then 30 at a time. This worked well for me.
