I had a D&D character once by the name of Creggith Crag-Closer. One day, while the party (composed primarily of Chaotic Neutrals and Neutral Evils) was adventuring in an old castle, we came across an object we would all come to know and love as The Mighty Door. It was a plain, yet sturdy reinforced wooden door. We spent something like fifteen rounds just doing strength checks to force it open before the Chaotic Good barbarian stepped in and it finally opened, snapping off its hinges as he charged it. The Mighty Door itself was unscathed. Creggith saw this door withstand a minute-and-a-half long onslaught of a pair of Gruumsh clerics, a very befuddled samurai, and one increasingly furious fighter trying to break it, yet it was unharmed. Obviously, this was a powerful magical artifact. So Creggith claimed it, stuck it into a portable hole, and maintained it would be the front door to his mansion. Until then, Creggith would carry the Mighty Door on his back, to use as quick improvised cover should the need arise. That door lasted until one of the players (the only Lawful Good) turned antipaladin and ruined the game, at which point I quit that group. I have a homebrew magical item to represent the power of the Door, though each is but a pale imitation of the true article. None can replace the Mighty Door. None can overcome its steadfast resolve, for though the blade can slash, and the hammer can crush, and the spear can pierce, the Door shall always withstand. edit: I'm considering adding an artifact/intelligent version of the Mighty Door. If so, it's probably going to be the Gate of Hell. "Abandon every hope, ye who enter here" and all.

Did a giant door build for arena pvp at sl 150, never had more fun in my life.....90% of players have no clue how to defend against it.... Be prepared to be getting some hate mail though.
@@Spooky711B depends on what SL your going for, but at 120, go with whatever vigor and vit your cool with(i usually go 30 vig 25 vit) but the key is to have at least 40 str(the more the merrier) and most importantly, this build depends mostly on endurance(40 minimum) as your going to shield tank through everything, the only thing that gets through is very minor elemental chip damage. BEWARE OF BACKSTABS, its the only weakness, be patient, its very timing dependent (for getting off good attacks) turtle up and wait for them to attack, when they are mid animation hit them with the WA, mix it up and use timing and spacing, also keep a secondary weapon ready(heavy straightsword to really pull off the complete cancer build)just incase you get matched with a caster. Play around with it. at the time I got into using it there were no "build guides" or even "weapon guides" for using the doors, just a hilarious trolling montage by fighterPL if im not mistaken.....tons of fun.
@@thanquolrattenherz9665 funniest part is that the doors consume fp to use their special abilities But if you have 0 fp the mega defense mode works identically and the rush attack drops from 300 damage to 200 on a standard infusion plus 8 So yeah just imagine putting fire blessed or heavy on this Fire could lower your weakness so pyromancer don’t laugh Blessed lowers defense by like 2 and lowers damage by under 100 on a min requirement build and heavy boost the balls outta the damage to the point where despite still being in the soft ap the weapon acts like an actual weapon lol
