Warsaw, Wrocław, Poznań, Toruń, Bydgoszcz, Lublin, Białystok, Olsztyn, Zakopane, Katowice, Łódź .....
We have many small towns where Poles come to rest or to sanatoriums for treatment, with beautiful gardens and parks to walk in and beautiful nature. There are also hidden places in small towns or in the countryside where one is far from the city and can spend time in a spa or/and in nature (beautiful and modern large and small hotels).

I did visit the WWII museum in April last year, together with a Ukrainian girl I meet on the the hostel I were staying. I could see and read her reaction and emotions on her face. This museum is very much worth a visit, and it will leave an impression on you.

They are usually eaten boiled, but if left, they are fried in the evening. Dumplings with cheese and potatoes are usually eaten with sour cream or poured with fat and fried onion. Dumplings only stuffed with sweet cheese without potatoes are treated as a dessert.

"Pellkartoffeln mit Quark" is an old fashion simple standard dish in Germany - maybe more popular to the East. Often linseed oil is added. Though it would be something people do at home and hardly on a restaurant menu.
