I think that recommending to sell 600/800 instagram templates bundles is really bad advice. It will take a lot of hours to create, specially for someone who is not a pro, and then compete with hundreds of listings for price. It’s just not worth the the time! At

Do you need a sales tax certificate from your state to sell digital products on Etsy? Or any non-digital product for that matter?
Also, can’t you create your own design on canva and use it to sell? Why buy it on sites like creative fabrica as a commercial license if canva has a large library too? Or is it illegal to use canva’s library of images?

I love designing all sorts of things. Do you think you need separate Etsy shops for different products/genres? Or can you just have one shop with a variety of different items?
I think it’s fine to sell different things in the same shop as long as there is something that makes them clearly related like niche, product type, or target customer.
