If you have to wake up early, you must wake up early. Thats all. There is no "how".
Dont take offence, but why do people want instruction or method for everything?
Do you ask "how to eat" when you are hungry?
If you are hungry, you must eat..that's all.
There is no "how".
To put it in simple terms, be clear whether you really "want" to wake up early or just "wish" to wake up early. There is a lot of difference between these two.
