wrong, because they can easily get his bank statements to things he has purchased on the dates of the pursuit. With that, they go to the places that he purchased from then check up on the CCTV and will see him hopping in / out of the car. Even bank statements following the time of the pursuits would work even better.
DNA testing will show who was touching the steering wheel, shift, inside driver's door handle. Make all the excuses one wants, the police only need to follow and note any traffic camera etc. The police do not need to win the race. It is also a bit like this... they know who the registered owner is. Out of like 200 listings for 300s only like 3x 5.7 300s, 8x 5.7 300C but they are usually 2012-2014 not 2015+, and about two dozen listings for 2012-14 SRT 300s nationwide on any day. Only 3000 SRT 300 ever produced in america i wonder how many 300S in 5.7 were ever produced since thats usually a special order from dealer

- At the 9:00 minute mark, the Chrysler is sitting in the parking spot. In the SHADE. Late in the afternoon And you can slightly see through the windshield. But you cant see through the other windows. That means in the day time (when he was running from the police) you can see through the windshield.

- and at the 3:00 minute mark. He's literally sitting at a intersection with cameras on the traffic lights.
You can see the cameras. Theres like 4 of them.

I have a chrysler 300s and I love it I can't help to go fast in it when I'm goin over 100 it doesn't even feel like I'm goin fast and there great for passing slower cars on the road they accelerate so fast its crazy how even the v6s go fast but the v8 is on a whole different level but I'm trading it in for the new charger once they get in stores
Chargers are being discontinued and dude got lucky because the cop coulda gapped tf outta him and then pitted him cuz the cop can go like 30 MPH more than a Chrysler 300 can. Cop just didn’t know how to drive.
Look into a used first generation 300c or Srt8 if you want the best bang for your buck. I’m pushing 400+ horsepower and torque and only paid $1500 for mine hahhaahhahaha
