If you sold a put cash secured and the stock price went lower than your strike price, when expiry comes around, what happens? You get the stocks? Any time it is not exercised? If not, do you still get your selling premiums and options expire? Thanks.
You're assigned the stock at the strike price. Your cost basis is the strike minus the premium. So if your strike is $50 and the premium was $1 per share at expiry you would own 100 shares of said stock for $49 a share.
Profit taking after a 1.65% move up? Look at NVDA, AAPL and COIN all up over 4% and I'd not be surprised to see continuation on those tomorrow. Tesla lacking strength and conviction at every attempt to move towards 180 (down after hours also BTW).
