Looks like you have the "Protect Battery" turned on. Go to settings --> Device Care --> Battery & turn of protect battery. If you cant find this option then simply search "Protect Battery" in settings.
Check settings, battery settings there might be "protect battery" option on, you can turn it off. But this option protects ur battery lifespan so no issue.
But galaxy f54 takes around 1h50m to full charge with the same battery. Why? This should be because this phone has 5000mah battery but company claims it to have 6000mah battery like m34. M34 also 1h30m to full charge but it has battery backup like 5000 mah battery.
