im pleased that consistency is being looked at but i dont see myself ever agreeing that the Mishima Casino needs to reward more damage at all, make the combo hit 100% of the time sure, because the game should *work* but potentially dying even faster off of axe/kick/hellsweep/EQGF/i13ch launch etc. mix does nothing for anything in the game except Kazuya players feeling better about gambling. No personal offence of course but i think that sort of gameplay potentially being buffed is as pointless as the Lars Den3 buff
im not happy with the game in general. the new combo system leads to the same combo routes and the heat system just interrupts the flow of combat perpetually. i find myself bored after 30 mins of playtime. hopefully later updates address this.
@@Go1dschmidtsen i didnt say it has to be the same, but tekken has rules and they broke all of them. It resulted in a flacid and boring game that could not get my attention. Btw, your question completely misrepresents what i expressed earlier.
I think nerfing throws is the wrong move. Throws are not a problem, because you can just break them. It kinda concerns me that they are listening to the noobs complaining, who don't take their time and practice this simple technique. Sure, if you are new to the game, throws are completely busted. But they are a fun skill to master. The rest of the patch notes is pretty good, though. Really looking forward to lowered combo damage!
it should concern you youre yapping with adressing the actual issue psotied which is homing throws, it doesnt matter if the counterplay is apparently so "simple" if the throw spins 75 degrees to catch you when youre miles out of the way anyway. nobody is complaining about the throws, the point of irritation is specifically homing throws.
There also going to mess up eddies moves sets i mastered will recovery time downgrades if i read it correctly ugg

Combos are more diverse than ever before. In T7, every dragunov was doing the same combo on every condition, even wall-less stages.
Im bored of t8 after 300 hours, 5000 hours in t7 though and i would have never stopped playing. I hope this patch focuses on bringing tekken back
Why does Tekken have to be the same as its predecessors?

@@Boro87 you said bring Tekken back
@@Boro87 I think the use of heat is repetitive. It would be better if the heat gauge could only be activated once per set.
5000 hours?? Why dont we see you in tourneys
back to tekken 7.0 again huh

They’re just returning back to normal like in t7. They still got the counter hit and unbreakable properties. Homing was bit absurd
I don't think the problem lays in throw dmg but that they are homing. It's just not fun not really beeing able to sidestep them.

I don't if it's just me but i feel like grabs are harder to break in Tekken 8 than in Tekken 7.
My guy, every pro player agreed that homing throws are a problem, literally nerfs movement, since you can't sidestep, the noob here seems to be you
