MafiaboysWorld Thanks alot man. Suspension in the rear is rooted - tyres all round are pretty old - and intake temps were close to 60! Was a horrid night. Couldnt launch it for shit. After those things are rectified we’ll see how we go. 60ft times were like 2.4 - just dismal.
@@dodgeviper89 your car reminds me of a bloke I met almost 10 years ago with a twin turbo awd magna, it looked stock as a rock and did 11's. I had a 96 hilux tray back with an sr20det back then, god I love sleepers haha
Sr20det Piston now that I need to see! I don’t recall anyone with a TT AWD one. I know RPW have a TT FWD one that was doing 11’s....not a majorly modded car at all let alone the 85-95 models
1985 or 1986 VK Holden Commodore. However this has been built to look exactly like a very rare collector car here in Australia, they call it a HDT (Holden Dealer Team) SS Group A and the genuine ones command big bucks these days, $85,000 to $150,000. They ran a Holden 304/308 N/A V8 and a 4 speed H pattern. Theres more mock ups getting around than the genuine article. Similar the the Shelby Cobra 427. However if it is a genuine SS Group A i apologize to the owner as im only going by that 4 second clip. Hope that helps Derek.

Haha we have shit loads of those types here in the UK. Flash new BMW, Audi etc and wouldn’t know the right end of a screwdriver! Depends if you like your cars built not bought and here for the fun of it or just post big times. Anyone with enough money can grab a fast car out the showroom, not everyone can build one. Far more respect for the folks building their older cars and way more fun to drive and watch.
Any car that's manual and puts down a good time is awesome in my eyes!
Lol also these idiots in auto Falcons thinking they are something special, it takes so much talent to push one pedal when the lights go green
Some nice cars, Loved the vid guys :)
3:51 talk about turbo lag haha
Russell Coight he's most likely going slow at the start so he doesn't get kicked out
dat magna!! hahah what a beast!!
Awesome to see Paul's Magna (TUFFTR) get a low 14. That's stock XR6 Turbo times from an N/A FWD Magna. 👍

awesome time for a magna, but a stock XR6 turbo 1/4 time is more like 13s

That RS3 did it actually stage off the rears?
Yep, we noticed that too, time doesn't really count does it?
Depends on what context 😂 anybody will brag about a number these days “runz 10z cuz”
There were actually a few cars staging on the rears. The official's give up after a while and just drop the tree...
Bit of a dik move unless your grudge racing a faster car
@@camdavies5530 The driver did not know they were doing it and the officials were sick of calling them back.

That honestly surprised me how quick it was
That's the spirit!
Sorry we don't have 30k+ to out and buy a car to go drag racing with 😂
They are capable of 9s on the stock turbo, its pretty crazy. Best tuning euro car out there atm.
