Loving the "new" shrink art trend. What's old is new and it is fun to see it comeback especially using such an inexpensive tool...the pancake maker. Great fun!!
❤ your dangle!!! So happy with my pancake maker too. Makes shrinking shrinkfoil and melting embossingpowder so much easier. My favorite ECD product are the dies.
The ‘thing you wrap around a pearl’ which you use with the pin, is sometimes called a bead cap. 🌷What a great tip, thank you. And in case no-one mentioned, lampwork beads are fused glass beads made from glass rods heated by a flame torch (not in a kiln) and wrapped around a mandrill to be the hole in the bead. Beautiful miniature glassworks.
I also saw the FB contest , and would have to say that right now, my favorite product that I am playing with...are the Postage stamp dies and all related goodies. Please keep up the awesome work that you and your designers are doing!
I have the pancake maker and I always look for #6 plastic clamshell food containers for the shrink plastic. Used to be so easy to find, not quite as easy these days but still sometimes. These are terrific ideas! Thanks!
My favourite products are Stamps and Paper. ECD got me into stamping, I have many of Esther's and this year have bought stamps by Angelica, David and Annette. My number one product for 2024 is the Garden Party paper, it's glorious.
I love the pizza box die most, but there are a lot of others that I love as well. Love watching all the videos showing examples of how to use them. Thanks.
I wonder about the circles not coming out right. Could you elevate them a little bit in the pancake oven ? Maybe you crinkle some baking sheet paper to hold them up a centimeter from the hot surface, and place the shrink plastic circles on that, to see if that helps them shrink equally in all directions and stay true to form? I’m curious, looking forward to trying this. 🦋🌷
I bought shrink plastic a while back to do fun stuff with the grand children….whoever it was a disaster. They shrunk in horrible shapes. But now after watching this….I will get one of these pancake makers and try it again. lol!
I remember making shrinky dinks when I was a kid it was basically you took plastic from unused containers and you would take a felt-tip marker and put a design on it and then cutitout place the pieces in the oven and allow them to shrink! I loved making holiday things like things for St Patrick's Day where I make a bracelet that had a whole bunch of different designs on it for that holiday for Easter I would have a little bracelet with Easter eggs on it and maybe some chicks and maybe some rabbits I love them I think they were great!
What are you pressing it down with? If you place the shiny side down, does it still curl? The ones I saw being done the other day didn't seem to be curling. Thanks!
You used what you call craft sheets instead of baking sheets at the time 16:43,to make the big circles for the pancake maker. Is it a silicone craft mat ? Could an oven liner work?
I saw the action. I discovered ECD a year ago, a big fan. That's bad for my wallet, because I always see new nice (even older collections) dies or stamps. That is why the promotion more likely to receive a voucher is very welcome here. It's actually almost impossible to make a choice, but if you have to, I'm completely in love with the stamps with the girls. I think it's so cute. I already have a number of them, and have been trying to find the CS215 somewhere for months. unfortunately I can't do that. but we keep looking...
I saw the giveaway on fb and i would love to win the 50. My favorite ecd product is hard to pick, but i love the word dies 1. They are easy to mix up and easy to use. They also look amazing on any card you make. ❤
saw the great fun competition for the 50 dollars. my favorite set is the cables, tags and more vs the art journal special. I'm going to keep my fingers crossed because if I win, I'll buy the new super nice collection from Annete Green.
Now I’m intrigued to get out my shrink film. And add a small pancake maker to my collection. Love the dangles. Thanks for the inspiration.

I love this and went ahead and bought me the pancake maker lol. My favorite ECD product is the curved library pocket die. Thank you! 🙋🏻♀️💕 ~Cindy
This turned out great. Must try it as always scared of the shrinking going wrong.
I bought shrink plastic a while back to do fun stuff with the grand children….whoever it was a disaster. They shrunk in horrible shapes. But now after watching this….I will get one of these pancake makers and try it again. lol!
Is this ‘shrinky-dink’??
I love the wild flowers!
OH MY…your shrink charms turned out A~D~O~R~A~B~L~E!!! 🐝🌼🐝
So stinking cute!! Can’t wait to play with my new pancake maker!
I love all Esther’s planner essentials dies and stamps but the 12x12 paper packs and Reminiscence books are exceptional ❤
Loving this concept:
Wondering how we can use dried flowers with shrink plastics or embossing powers and the pancake maker…
I love this, can you insert link for the jewelry caps and the material used for the shrinking

where did you get that silicone press thing that you used to flatten the plastic after heating it?
A comment for the FB contest, I am a subscriber for a long time already 😊 I love the planner products and Annettes releases !
Hi enjoying your video, novice to this, please can you tell me what is the circular disc you put into the pancake maker with your shrink plastic dies
What are you pressing it down with?
If you place the shiny side down, does it still curl? The ones I saw being done the other day didn't
seem to be curling. Thanks!
My current favorite are the wildflower dies. I love making shaped flowers.
My absolute favorite is Annette's new collection. Those twigs and the paperpack, jummie.
Love it all and if i have the choose, my favorite is the latest collection of Devid 😊
Bee-utiful! ❤️🐝

Wonderful ! Thanks
Where do you get the flower's cut out? Lovely work.
E c planners are the bomb!
You can use food grade plastic containers (marked w the #6) as shrink plastic
How long do I leave it in the pancake maker?
Ty! What is the press thing you use to flatten? The aqua/teal thing? Not the pancake maker
I love most of your planner essentials dies, but right now my favorite is Annette's new release!
My favorite Elizabeth Craft product is the papers but that’s cuz I use them the most otherwise to hard to choose one product they are all amazing.
Hi, I had rather watch RUclips. I am looking forward to watching you. 😊😊😊
I love them all but my favourite is planner essentials ☺️
Love ECD. My favorite must be the new butterflies from Annette Green
Stunning!
What is it that you put into the machine under the shrink wrap please?
Beautiful work! I love shrika-Dinka-doo or something like this, would it work?

Very nice. Love the bees. 😊❤
For the flowers you could glue a rhinestone in the center the ones you can buy at craft stores.
My favorite so far is the Sidekick Essentials 16 Seed Packet Set 1838❤😊
Zo leuk, kan niet wachten tot morgen om er ook een te maken. Ook ik heb vroeger veel sieraden gemaakt en gelukkig alles bewaard
We used shrinkers when I was a kid. So much fun do you color them first or after?
Color them first
The name of the gold thing that wraps around your bead is called a bead cap, just a little note.
Can you heat up a pin or small nail to melt a hole in the leaf without a hole? While the leaf cool
What is the aqua flattening tool you have/
It’s a $10 pancake maker (Walmart).
@@californiadreamer5968thanks. I mean the long handled tool that has a round flat area.
@@dinacarroll9211 oh sorry. It looks like a metal palette knife. A tool for painting.
It is the silicone press tool in the sizzix shrink plastic accessories. I imagine a weighted coffee tamper would work similar.
@@homeismyvacation the tool that she’s using at 27:15 is a pointed tweezer.
hoi els welke set heb je gebruik voor de witten bloemen ,ziet er gaaf uit

What kind of ink did you use?
I’ve been looking for this little thing and can’t find it where I live in the US. Is it the griddle or is it a pancake maker? Love your video!
Pancake maker. Surfaces are flat. I went to a thrift store and found one for $3
Good morning!

Where do you purchase the shrink plastic?
I'm in New York state. If you have a "MICHAEL'S craft store,I bought a package with 25 sheets, and one with 10 sheets.
@@lauramartin7300 Thank you so much!
I ordered mine from Amazon. ☺️
@@cathyfox2240 Could you please give me the name of the one you bought. Thank you 😊
Maybe use a circle punch for your circles.
If there is no pancake msker, can it be done in the oven?
yes Look up 'shrink plastic in oven'. That is how it was originally done.
Hello, from Nampa, Idaho
Is she using wax paper to line her pancake maker
Pragtig perfek, ek hou baie daarvan,
I love to watch these but the quality of the video is too low.
