I usually don't comment unless I have something to say, and I just wanted to thank you for that statement.
I had an online ex-friend who belittled me, gaslit me, and even painted me as the villain over a simple misunderstanding. She made posts and videos about how I "hurt her". I was silenced for a while, until someone told me to tell what really happened. And when I did, people understood the monster she really was.
She kept whining about how I ruined her online rep as more people saw her true colors. No, I never did ruin her reputation. She did that all on her own by doing all that.

True. I would read the last update to see what happened. Apparently the sister (38) cut contact after what the egg donor said and how she realised the mum was very manipulative and she is now on speaking terms reconciling with the op and her father, the ex “broke up” with the mother after she caused to much drama and attacked him, and the brothers of the op have cut all contact with the mother after what she said to them and blamed them for her issues. The egg donor has since gone into hiding. Oh and the op had her baby too, the ex and her are sorting out custody, but I would read the update, far to much to explain here.

exactly! my dad cheated on his ex girlfriend when I was in Highschool and I knew about three of the other women and each time I had something to say. I asked him what was going to happen to us since it was my dad, my brother, and myself living in his ex's house. I had to keep these affairs secret to avoid us becoming homeless and there was nobody for me to talk to. I also didn't get along with his ex but I felt extremely bad about the whole situation. I tried to maintian a civil relationship with her after we had all moved out but she spiraled further into her drug addiction (I was unaware of the drug addiction at the time). It was all such a nightmare and my dad openly admitted to me that he hated her after a while but couldn't leave because we would have been homeless again like we were when I was 11. He was willing to do anything to keep us in a home but desperately wanted to be happy himself. It's been over 10 years since all this happened and my dad has not cheated since, when we talked about all of it I told him that him being cheated on after leaving his ex just seemed like karma catching up to him. I love my Dad but I already promised myself if he cheated ever again I was going to tell the truth to his gf. I may have had no choice in the past but I didn't side with him or agree with any of his affairs. It was one of the worst time periods in my life.

She did a final update of this story which is pretty wild. So congrats to OP because she finally gave birth to her newborn son. Then she later heard that her mom and the ex were having problems and the ex decided to break up with OP's mom which he did. The egg donor ended up going to prison and she started to bertae the 38 years old daughter because she wouldn't bail her out of jail. I'm shocked to see how the ex decided right there to leave OP's mom, but what makes this more disgusting was the OP's mom was after her ex when he was 14 but didn't start having sex until he turned 18. Also perhaps she felt she deserved the house next door, instead of her sister due to it being inherited from the grandparents via her dad after (thus perhaps kept the secret of the moms affairs from the dad as payback). I'm sure cheating can be forgiven by some, but I doubt cheating with your daughter's husband for like 20 years will ever be forgiven, that is something beyond cheating. I'm also sure her twin brothers will patch things up with the OP, and that her father is right and they are shooting the messenger. I'm sure she could have gone about it a better way than publicly outing them like that, specially her brothers who would be deeply emotionally damaged by this, but I also understand her rage. Both her egg donor as she calls her, and her soon to be ex deserve each other, they are a poor excuse for human beings and anyone on their side is an idiot and deserve them. His children will never forgive their father, and I doubt there will come a time when they look at him with anything but contempt, but I'm also glad they decided to not tell the smaller children until they are much older, because even though the father is a piece of work the children don't deserve that kind of pain, and I feel really bad for the 14-year-old, a very delicate age for a girl, this kid will need a lot of therapy to get over this and will most likely have a very rocky relationship with her father as she grows older. And P.S.: to have the gall to be that involved in a church and do something like this, this is the worst of the worst and why some people hate the church, because of people like her who use it as a vail to cover up how nasty they are while still trying to pass of as a good person. I laughed when the egg donor is pretty much blaming her daughter and husband for the 20-year-affair. the only thing I believe out of her mouth is that she liked the attention, not hard to seduce an 18-year-old, I also doubt her sons will ever be okay with what she did.

Mother is very much a predator, it's good she got kicked out of the church when she helped with kids. I can't imagine what she'd do if the thought got into her head that those kids are also 18 now or that her own children with the OP's sperm donor are also 18.

There's cheating and then there's cheating with a close relative or friend. I wonder how people like the mom and husband never think that if the other can cheat on this level, then there's no possible way they could trust each other. They'll betray anyone with anyone.

No. You can move out. Having boundaries with even your parents is a good thing. My mom wanted me to live in the basement until I was "40" and have "a family" there. Ah. No. I moved out and became independent and I love the privacy.
Btw... When did your mother move out of her parents' home? Does she still live with her parents? Lol

Sorry, some things are worth going to prison for and that’s one of them. I think this would be a good case for jury nullification anyway.

"Hey let me introduce you guys; so these here are my uncles, oh, and they are also my brothers."
This is so f-ed up, I am more shocked than Jason Statham is in both Crank movies combined at the level of betrayal from these people! It wasn’t even like a fling, or a spur of the moment thing (which are both totally and utterly unacceptable too), but something that's been going on for longer than OP's been married to this massive pile of human garbage! How can anyone defend this egg- and sperm donor?! "Oh, but its in our genes." That is just such a f-ed up excuse to try to justify their cheating, and behave in any kind of trashy way they want, thinking it will exempt them from any and all kinds of responsibility.
I hope all the divorces and custody battles work out for OP and her dad. Stay strong, stay together, and support each other. Also, now they know who is worth keeping in their lives, and who has no respect for them. They should go NC and block everyone that sympathizes with those pieces of shits. Too bad they might have to have some contact with the donors in the future, since they share DNA with kids and siblings (some of which are both at the same time, can't belive i am actually writing about this). I wish them all the best.
Also, I wonder what sperm donor's parents think about having their ex-DIL's mum become their new (possible) DIL and movie in with them... 🤔🤣

Honestly I'm surprised we haven't seen a news article or channel report a 40 year old mother shooting up her husband and mother then giving off this story. Like I can't even begin to understand what she's feeling and the fact she's still functioning as a reasonable human being is fucking amazing to me. Like she's stuck between a rock and a fucking gross, disgusting hard place. A lot of people would have lost the plot and gone insane based on how close knit all the family and everyone was and just how deep and disgusting the story went. Not like it was even something that happened in the last year or so due to a rocky marriage, it went on longer then the long ass marriage.
Op deserves unending support and I'm sure most people who have seen this will agree that they wish they could do something to help.
