This is probably the biggest abuse of power I have seen on audits, the female Constable should lose her job immediately, no male would search a female, why are her standards different and apparently displaying what is sexual assault. 1. Failure to notify you they were recording.
2. Failure to adhere to their uniform policy (sunglasses, sticker & hair).
3. Failure to follow GOWISELY procedure, which includes informing you of all the necessary details before performing the search.
4. Section 42 is not even a search power.
5. No reasonable grounds for the search.
6. Unnecessary and needlessly prolonged use of handcuffs.
7. Inappropriate touching multiple times.
8. Falsely claiming you need to provide your name for a search record.
9. Copying details from your private paperwork.
10. Keeping you detained after the search had been completed.
11. May as well add their bad parking to the list too.
They struggle to get anything right. Pretty standard behaviour from the Met. Thanks AB for another video showing the world how police completely disregard the law and their own policies while casually violating innocent peoples rights.

You'd think that a detailed memo would have been sent out to every station across the entire country, with full info on all of the well-known independent auditors and directives on how to deal with them in a way that represents the constabulary in a positive light. You have to look at it from their point of view: what they want is to maximise the inconvenience to the victim, try to embarrass the victim, stretch out the detention to last as long as possible, and to justify as much intrusion into the victim's life and person as possible. That goal is served, at least in part, by ignoring what they know about the situation and approaching it as if they had no idea what was going on. Obviously, this is exactly the wrong thing to do, in every possible detail. It's completely perverse and totally contrary to the goals of policing, but... for some reason they've decided that's the best approach, and nobody can stop them.

Yes, first they are unarmed, secondly your laws suck. In any country you get arrested for refusing to show an ID. What kind of country allows civilians to not show their IDs to Cops lol
Masonic corruption is the cause. Just look at Hillsborough. The Masons caused that deliberately to enable a law to be passed in parliament to make football stands all seater. Interestingly a known freemason and Tory donor owned the company that got the Billion pound contract to fit all of those seats. Having made a serious mistake (killed 97 people) it was stated by witnesses that the known masons on the scene went into a huddle and came up with a cover story. Section 43 aka the terrorism act specifically states that filming alone CANNOT be used for grounds of suspicion. As such both of these dumb pigs have breached Section 43, committed illegal detainment, illegal search & assault. You should be filling charges charges against them accordingly.
I’m pretty sure she said section 42 I replayed it twice and unless my hearing is getting bad that’s what I heard.

Section 43 says nothing about filming in it's wording.
The only thing that addresses filming and photography in regards to section 43 searches is the provisions in their code of practice. It does not state what you say. It just states that officers should not automatically consider filming/photography as suspicious behaviour.
It doesn't say they CANNOT.
That said, do I think they had reasonable grounds to suspect AB was a terrorist. Absolutely not. It is this factor that would make it an unlawful detainment.

Police should not be allowed to search without a crime unless they have strong reasons to suspect terrorism, not just when you refuse ID. This is disgusting.
They engage in assault and unlawful detention, to begin with. I have been stopped and asked for my details, and the pigs walk away because I put it to them that they wish for a law abiding person to break the law, the law stating that I do not have to give my details in this situation.

The copper needs to reflect on which powers he can use and which he should use. Being polite is all well and good but smiling while you infringe on someone's human rights is in some ways worse, it means he thinks what's happening is normal and / or acceptable. That was clear in the closing conversation after the search - he compared a camera to a knife. At least when they get all riled up it highlights how inappropriate they are for the job and hopefully ruins some of their careers.

My nephew was stopped while driving late one night (in Queensland, Australia) by two lesbian Policewomen who were living together.
