TODAY'S RECIPE IS Easy Strawberry Ice Cream Recipe | No Cream No Condensed Milk Ice Cream Recipe | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Flour 2 tbsp
Water 1/4 cup
Mix well & keep aside
Milk 2 cup
Sugar 1/2 cup
Cook until boil
Boil for 5 mins
Add flour mixture
Keep stirring
Cook for 7-10 mins
Thick consistency
Let it cool down
Strawberry 1 cup
Thick milk
Blend
Strain
Keep it in the freezer for 2-3 hours
After 2 hours
Whisk it well well
Again keep in the freezer for 8 hours or over night
Pistachios
Chopped strawberries
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
