Dear Rudy, I just wanted to tell you, you are for me the trustworthiest representative of the large camera manufacturers at RUclips.
I could watch anything that rudy is in
And the flash is great too 😂
Finally a neat flash better than the EL100 that won’t break the bank. Great stuff Canon
I am here to watch Rudy
R5C compatible?
Hi, David! Currently the EL-10 is only compatible with the EOS R3, EOS R6 Mark II, EOS R7, EOS R8, EOS R10, and EOS R50.
They forgot about us R5C / R5 users dude. Kind of wild
how about the battery?
It requires: Battery Pack - 4x AA/LR6 alkaline batteries
AA/HR6 Ni-MH batteries can be used, AA/FR6 lithium batteries cannot be used.
Check out all Technical Specifications and learn more at canon.us/4ebaEhx.
Another new flash that isn't compatible with my R5 and R5C. EL-1's are is impossible to find and I am not getting another 600 EX II that was released 8 years ago. It's like you guys want me to swap to Godox.
Canon why do you do this?!?! 3 days ago I returned my EL-5 that don’t work on my R5C!
I have the EL-1 and am using it on my Canon R5. It's phenomenal! There is also an adapter that you can use, btw. Not an elegant solution, of course.
What about the Canon 470 auto bounce flash
@@joshcruz6178 I am sure the El-1 is amazing! But like I mentioned they are impossible to find brand new. Can you send me info on the adaptor? I don't believe there is one.
@@game2572 The 470EX-AI? That thing was released in 2018 and is discontinued as well. Plus I wouldn't want to complicate the flash with servo motors inside.
Great! Is it going to work with the ST-E3-RT transmitter? Or is it still going to drop the connection like it does with the EL1 and all the other Canon Speedlights?

According to many web forums I have been on a great many people are having this problem. Canon apparently knows about it but isn't doing anything to fix it.
I have an R3 R5 and R6, so no point in the new system.
R5 compatible?
@@CanonUSA Looking at 0:47 it´s not compatible with the EOS R5, because this camera doesn´t have the new hotshoe.
