PSN account Is not obligatory anymore but there are countries where the game is not more avaiable.

Sony's attack on Helldivers for some reason makes me imagine that the Helldivers are now fighting an army of employees and monsters from Lethal Company but they're militarized and armed with the cheapest 3D printed discount plastic equivalents to Helldiver weapons and are using mass wave tactics and some of them still charging at you with their old shovels and stop signs to show how low budget and uncaring the corporations are.
People in the 177 countries that don't allow PSN: how da faq are we supposed to play the game now?!

I should note, though, that Valve has to lift the block one by one, country by country, because Sony won't. Sony made them block it in the first place.

Yeah, and considering Valve are VERY pissed of at the shit Sony tried to pull, they won't unlock these countries until they've got all written legal leeway to do so.
That way, if Sony tries that shit again, they have all the legal excuses to beat the snot out of them xD
Valve has no say in which countries a product is restricted. The publisher has full control over this... Sony doesnt have to "make" Valve block/unblock anything. They have full access to their product's steam backend and it's their release managers that handle this on Sony side... So if these countries are still restricted, it's because sony wants it that way. Nothing to do with time. And where the hell did you get the information this is done one by one?

It is part of the Sony sound library package (ironic I know) but its a premium sound library package

Relax. These future plans include adding Xbox players. They also should release some more merch if they want their money. I am certain this Helldiver stuff would sell well, cause I would buy it myself
