- Kirby and Mario games referenced each other quite a few times over the years. In this video, we're covering all Kirby references and cameos in Mario games and vice versa.

Kirby should be in Mario Kart as an actual character. I mean we already have Link, Villager, Isabel, and the Inklings, Sakurai is even friends with Miyamoto, it really should happen
Samurai being friends with miyamoto won't cut it, now if it was kunazaki then it would actually have a chance

Also, Kirby Air Ride was a thing, it would be perfect tbh.
You know not all of the Kirby's Dreamland enemies are directly taken from Mario, right? It's more that those designs are based on simplistic Japanese illustrations, usually derived from folktales. Like the Blooper or Phanto enemy's design wasn't created solely from Mario, that's more of a common artistic interpretation of what a squid or mask would look like in Japanese culture.
Phantos and Two Face behave surprisingly similarly as well, though (although maybe that's part of the artistic interpretation as well, idk). Same applies to Booler circle.

They both are from Japan so that makes sense.

Kirby's Adventure featured the Star Rod - It was even featured in Kirby Super Star as a part of Milky Way Wishes at the end of the level at every planet's Fountain of Dreams (Hence why the trophy in Melee says there's multiple - Fountain of Dreams stage was referencing Milky Way Wishes.)
Paper Mario ALSO featured a Star Rod - a granter of wishes housed in a place suspiciously similar to a Fountain of Dreams - and what are Wishes given in the Mario universe but the Dreams of the Mushroom World's inhabitants?

There's this one theory I've been thinking about all my life.
What if Mario and Kirby live in the exact same universe? Think about it, there had been a few sightings of hills in the grasslands that have the same shape in Dreamland and The Mushroom Kingdom, sometimes they even look alike. And yes, that includes all the references in this video. I don't know, maybe it's just me.

My headcannon is that all the nintendo characters live in the same universe

You forgot the Kirby reference in the first paper Mario game where in the Shy guy toy box there are multiple drawings of the Scarfy enemy.
Now you mention it, Scarfy is also based on a Boo, chases you when you have your back towards it...
