- I shoot this one while in holidays in Madeira Island, city of Funchal.
Don't know the name of the guitar players... if someone knows them please tell me to update this video.

Watched him and his group play on several occasions on our two trips to Funchal, the first time as I ate, waiting to visit my wife in the Clinic de Se behind and above the restaurant! Great player
His name is Juan Calderado and plays regularly near the cathedral. He has a restaurant in the old town and plays there too.
just back from funchal,and watched juan caldarado outside the ritz cafe.could have wathed him all day,amazing.
Had the pleasure of watching this man play in April 2018. Also in a lovely restaurant on the evening. A true genius.

i saw him summer 2016! times flies so fast, i made a picture just at a random moment. I did not knew about him that moment, one day later i met this beautiful talented man, i hugged him and he invited me at his restaurant and guess what? his visit card was exactly the same picture of his restaurant i made the day before, at the same position made. How could that be he? give him all my love

I am quite certain the the electric guitar player is Juan Caldarado..Bought his CD last week Brilliant player.
Superb. Can be a good idea to ask them if they are playing at a restaurant on some evenings. We enjoyed another guitarist called Anibal a few times; brilliant.
Was in funchal in Dec 12 at the ritz café. We sat there for ages listening they are fantastic. Ask them to come to England please daughter in law
nous revenons de Funchal où nous avons écouté avec beaucoup de plaisir "Julio" c'est son nom de scène qu'il utilise sur ses CD qu'il propose à la vente.
nous avons bien sympathisé avec lui car nous dansions sur la terrasse du Ritz sur sa musique. une excellente ambiance à chaque fois !

Juan Caldarado, Javier Mas, veel mooier kan het niet worden.De video is ook een illustratie van "schoonheid is in het oog van de toeschouwer én dat dat oog de spiegel is van de ziel". Blijkbaar liepen daar veel dode zielen rond.
