Does anyone else share the pool with you? Or is it only accessible to those staying in the room? I’m a little curious as it’s very wide
Hey so the swim up pool is shared with the other swim up rooms in the building but there are clear indicators for which section is for each room.
Did they bring you drinks from your private pool?
Yes their was always someone close by to take drink orders. Cheers

Hey huge congrats on the up coming anniversary. I would recommend booking directly through the hotels website as they generally have different promotions

Huge congrats on the wedding wishing you guys a lifetime of happiness😊 great choice for honeymoon aswell. So our room was in the hideaway section so we had access to the full resort.
I enjoyed the video. Thank you for sharing. How was the food? Typical buffet food : low , med or high scale when it comes to quality?
I personally didn’t care for the food at this location. Felt low to medium quality and lacked a lot of flavor. Fresh fruit was amazing though.

Pica Flor hey thanks for checking us out. when booking the hotel you can pick what kind of room you prefer prices ranges with room types. The swim out is a bit more but nothing to crazy at least in my opinion.

Did you guys receive anything complimentary for your anniversary and how was level 18
For our anniversary they dressed our door with a banner and left a bottle of champagne in the room on ice. It was a nice and unexpected gesture.

I've read some reviews about very foul smells from the mangroves. Did you experience any of that?
Honestly speaking no. Alot of people warned us about the smell but we did not experience it at all.
Does the swim out room pool lead to a main pool?
Hey great question. No the swim out pool is a completely independent pool separate from main pool

Yes you can use the swim out anytime of day or night.
Question: was all-inclusive really all-inclusive?
Yeah it was full all-inclusive drinks food snacks and room service.

@@Dd-ng5hl update I stayed at the Royalton suites which is newer. But they are the same company. Yes. Includes alcohol in all the bars and all restaurants. It was an amazing stay. The restaurants and view were amazing. I would definitely go again. Beware, they will try to upsell you on a timeshare by giving you a presentation . Just say not interested.
Also. I tried tipping for drinks about a dollar every other round. Lots of people don’t tip but I’m used to tipping here that it doesn’t even feel that bad.
Is their lots of sea weed there?
Hey there is a good amount of sea weed but hotel certainly does a decent job of trying to clean it up everyday. However we didn't bother getting into the water had way to much fun in the swimming pools. and so much other things to do at the hotels well so don't let that deter you from having a grand time because it's the same everywhere in cancun.
