Thank you so much! I can't wait to take her up again, very soon before the "overdeveloped" season begins here in Florida. Thank you so much!

Nice clip! I would love to fly self-launching. Subbed.

Do you think that its more worth it getting a self-launch capable glider when it already has a motor?

Hey buddy! I apologize for not seeing this sooner. Can you rephrase your question? I'd be happy to give my insight this far. So far I'm not fully sold on the SLS part of the aircraft, but maybe doing it more and whenever I want will win me fully over. I wanted independence. So if I can keep it assembled that will yield that goal. She's a heavy bird on the ground, so there is a lot of handling complexities from that added weight of a 2 place, 20m motorglider. It's 1270lbs empty! 1800lbs loaded. She's heavy! However - once she's in the air it's a DREAM to fly. So easy and forgiving and makes you look like a champ. So the flying itself is absolutely worth it, even in weak conditions it'll out climb almost everything with modest experience. At least that's been my experience so far. Every time we take it up - we end up being top dog of every thermal.

@@90secondsofaviation86 March is our best part of the year. In a month or so it becomes over developed.
